Today I approached an employee to ask if they were taking photos, he said that the camera was broken, I hope that’s true. In the huge Walmart Photo Center they have one camera and it's broken.

We've only had one experience here, we had pictures printed for a collage for my daughter and their printer was noticably blurrier than the one at Walgreens. We had the same pictures printed at Walgreens and they came out way clearer.

Walmart in covington. I was just saying I liked this one but ill never shop here again!!! We were followed from the moment we walked in. Then we asked politely for him to stop following us. We even showed him we had money and were not there to steel?? When we spoke with the manager He then lied and said we stole or switched tags. We were told by the manager if we were found to be doing anything on camera we would be escorted out! The security continued to follow us but the manager refused to talk to us after. And obviously we did nothing wrong!! No apologies or explanation?

Purchased summer clothes at walmart and couldn't try them on due to fitting rooms that are closed, so I tried to return them today but they would not take them back. They said I can't return them right now. I bought clothes on the same day at Target and they took them back. Out of the dozen or so times I have visited a walmart store I have had bad or extremely bad experiences more often then good ones. It is not worth saving the couple of pennies to waste my time on mediocre products!

For the bad rep that Walmart can get - this is one of the best locations to visit. The store is clean, the parking lot is clean- shoot, even the bathrooms are decent. Cheap household products compared to grocery stores or Target.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the amount of help I received from two different employees today. Loading a 40-pound bag onto my cart is a challenge and one employee helped get it loaded and then when I got to my car to unload it, another employee put it in my trunk. Very thankful for their help and saving my back.

This Walmart is okay. However warning to all Walmart shoppers. Steer clear of those suspicious men trying to sell you that caramel corn in the large jars! I don't think that they're on the level. The man hawking that stuff claims that the proceeds go to homeless veterans. Uhm, I kind of doubt that. I don't feel that the Veterans Administration is behind this. When you walk to the entrance there is a man standing near what appears to be large jars of caramel corn. The men have each entrance covered. Suspicious. I tried to avoid the one man selling that stuff to go to the other entrance into Walmart to no avail. I'm going to call the V.A. to find out about this and see if it's legit. Walmart the associates are awesome. I just don't like what maybe dishonest people after what little money I have. After all its why I shop Walmart in the first place.

I can't believe that our trusty Walmart ended up having terrible service today. I called and asked them to check for the board game Clue and they said they would and put me on hold. At first, I thought it was perfectly fine that I was on hold while they checked. But, after 5 minutes I was still on hold and began getting suspicious. More than 20 minutes went by, and I was still listening to the music on hold. I've been to this Walmart and I know that it wouldn't take 20 minutes to go look for a game. I'm in disbelief over this situation and I'm extremely upset about the fact that I still don't know if they have the board game I wanted. I called a different store, and they only took 4 minutes to tell me that the board game was in stock. Thanks a lot, Walmart.

Lowest prices, yeah. But cheapest quality, too. Pickup option- I tried it for the first time today, as my purchase didn't meet the minimum for free delivery. The kiosk and chairs were right by the entrance. The kiosk itself was easy to use and the nice employee popped out within and minute. She came back with my item in less than a minute...which was a fabulous Cyber Monday deal, by the way. Bonus points for calling me sweetheart. ;) Clothes- My husband bought one of the "generic" brand shirts; it fell apart after one washing. Towels/washcloths- I got sucked into the super low prices and cute colors. The edges unraveled pretty quickly. Never again. Cosmetics and cleaning supplies- Offering all the name-brand items at low prices is a big plus. Customer service- I usually have a hard time finding an employee on the floor. So, I feel like it's a YOYO situation. Find it yourself. There are never enough check-stands open. One older lady at the check-stand couldn't figure out how to scan one of my items, and thought she called supervisor. We waited and waited (while the line continued to build) and finally I offered to go grab someone else. She got the hint and found a supervisor who completed my transaction in about 10 seconds.

If I could I would rate this place ZERO stars.... I ordered a bed from them. They told me two days delivery and it didn't come in for a week to a week in a half. On top of that we ordered a Cali king frame, and our bed did not fit in it... so we switched to a king, and it did not fit the frame was too small. So what f****** size is it ??

No handicap accessible buttons on the heavy bathroom doors, no cart corrals near handicap parking, shopping baskets don't fit on rollator walkers (too big). The dressing room attendant didn't even put me in the 1 handicap accessible dressing room bc it was being used to store broken stuff.

This is a pretty good Wal-Mart. The parking lot seems safer then the Renton one. They usually have what I'm looking for and they have pretty good prices.

Yesterday my mom and I went to the Covington Walmart. We did our shopping & then went to check out. We got up to the checker & started to separate our items apart. This Checker named (Forrest) he started like freaking out a little bit saying stop you don't need to sourt your items just leave it alone very rude!!! I had 4 T-shirts that I wanted to buy they were normally $5 but they were on sale for $3. He scanned all 4 of them & They rang up at $5. I'll let him know that they were on sale for $3. He said NO they are not & rang up all 4 of them & put them in the bag. I know they're on sale for $3 instead of asking somebody to go help & look for him threw a fit and took them off. He finally gave in & asked for help after being rude to my mom & I for 10 min the lady went & looked & she said they were $3 so please be cautious when you go to the Covington Walmart and your Checkers name is (Forrest) he may be rude and snap at you.
