Sorry, I went to look for it, and I guess it moved to another building behind their previous location. So I couldn't find it. It didn't matter because I was looking for a riding mower, and they don't do them anymore, I was told.

Wards Power Equipment fixed my mower. The mower is 16 years old and the transmission was failing. Wards suggested that I have the trans removed for less than a $100 verses a new trans that would have been $375. A good choice and honest service.

Wards is a busy little shop! Took 3 weeks to get my equipment back but it’s ran perfect since. I take all my saws here. Been using these guys for years, hard to find good people like these anymore. A few mechanics retired this year, said they are hiring more to help out. Be patient, they are dealing with what all small shops are.

I remember wards back in the day would drop everything and help you decide on what the best product was, right down to the little parts that needed to be replaced on something. Walked in there today to see if they had a carburetor in stock. The man working did not even ask what kind I was looking for. He said oh, can you email us? We don’t do parts in the store, it takes too much real estate. And I don’t wanna wait four months to get a reply. Well you’ve lost a 40 year customer. Very disappointed. Must be under some new management.Head out to Johnson’s…. their customer come first!

Took my mower in to get serviced because it had been in a flood and not working. I told them that I found water in the fuel system and wanted it serviced. I got it back and it worked for 3 times then died. I looked at the oil and it was completely milky. I took it back in and they told me 6 weeks and I would have to pay for it to get repaired because “I only told them about the fuel system needing to be replaced”, not the oil. Which tells me they didn’t check anything else’s? How does a repair company never check the oil to make sure there is enough in there to even function properly?

Terrible experience. No communication. Had my tool there for 4 months and wasn’t even touched. It started up when I dropped it off and after picking up the motor is seized up and can’t even be started. They have all the new tools which is cool but find somewhere else to get your tools repaired. All bad.

Very slow on repairs. No way to call. Phone system down for over 2 weeks. I had to drive to shop to check on status 3 times. Finally picked up my lawn mower today. Gallon of gas times 3 about $30. I may try Auburn shop next time.

I went in here to buy a three dollar bar nut. They had it. Very helpful. As I was pulling in, because its spring and the weather is getting warm, my clutch fluid on my truck boiled coming up the hill. Clutch was hardly working. They gave me a piece hose and a plastic bottle and loaned me a eight mm wrench to bleed my clutch. I bought fluid in the corner market. Thanks very much.Great business.Don't forget to bleed your clutch fluid on your vehicle because it gets moisture over time. ? My fault, had nothing to do with them. They are great. Bleed it twice because even one drop of water, when summer hits it wants to boil and freeze the clutch pedal.
