“I went out of my way to get my car aligned at this shop from a Groupon deal after installing coilovers. While I had to pay an additional amount for this work given my car was lowered, I still saved around 40% which is appreciated. They worked on my car about 20min after dropping it off and was ready to drive after 40min. I got a rundown of the adjustments made and the car drives straighter and smoother!”

“I wish they were the how they use to be. Honest and friendly. They were nice but nothing special. We came in with a brake light on the dash. We figured it was a sensor. We received an outlandish quote over $1500 to fix it.. plus included in this outlandish quote was a quote to replace all 4 tires. No explanation at all. Just here ya go. Handed us the paper. Weird. Plus the tires on it are only 9 months old. Went to Napa bought the sensor for $74. Replaced it ourself. Loved Les scwab in the past. Rethinking.”
“I’ve been coming here for many years and this is the only location I trust. They are always polite, friendly, and helpful. I’ve seen several new faces over the years but their team culture is something that still remains in tack. I’ve gotten tires here, rotation, wipers and just got a new TPMS. Their prices are fair and their work is great. I love that you can book online now which is great because walk-ins take forever.”
“I really want to thank Andrew Jackson for his help with my tires. I had called from the Tesla dealership down the street, with them saying if my tires were under warranty, they all need to be replaced. I had purchased them at Les Schwab in 2024 and it was just a foam issue. Andrew advised me to not listen to them and just bring my car in to get them rebalanced. I’m grateful that they were able to fix the issue and saved me from having to spend unnecessary money on new tires at Tesla.”
