They also offer tinting as well. This location is far from my house but I’ll certainly be coming here again for future service.”

“We had a tire with low pressure and it was time to get the tires rotated. I mentioned the low pressure, which I had already filled to the proper level a day before, and when I returned and checked the reciept they had replaced the tire at no charge as it was coverd by the warranty. The impressive part is the customer care and initiative to take care of it without being asked or my inquiring. They even cleaned up a rim that was quite dirty. This was a great experience.”

“They fixed both back tires as they had a medium slow leak!!?? They ssid they both had a screw i n them! They patched them fir free and went on friday like 2 or 3 pm! “This is a review where at the end i believe this store did the right thing in the right way. Highlighting ethics over corporate policy.I got my tires from this location about three months prior to this day. When I left the lot i had a TPMS sensor light come on that I didn't take notice to right away. Life got in the way, something we all can relate to, that prevented me from taking my vehicle back to the store.Time passed and now i needed to get my regular maintenance done at the dealership i bought my vehicle. Without hesitation i wanted everything fixed, one of which was my TPMS warning light. My dealer performed their service as you'd expect while informing me of any additional cost beforehand. At the end they saved me the broken sensor, which was clearly sevearly damaged in the process of a tire swap. We all know that when you get maintenence done at a dealership you get taken to the cleaners, which was gasoline on the fire at this point.With the store not far away i drove there and talked to the manager about the situation. With an obvious moment of conflict between me and him i can say afterwards that I believe he did a great job listening and understanding me with respect. These moments are always frustrating from either angle because of x, y, z reason. At the end he took responsibility of the damage it caused me, which showed his empathy and integrity on doing the right thing for his customer.I dont know if I'll return here because i think the situation shouldn't have happened in the first place, but I will always share with others that I believe they have good ethics, which can be seen from taking ownership of this situation and by observing how they talk/help other customers.”

With a limited number of miles on these tires I am pleasantly surprised with their comfort, control and handling. If you need a free safety check .. or a new set of tires I recommend this place.”

“I have used this company, and in particular this shop, over the years. I was unhappy that I purchased a set of tires which were already 3 years old per the DOT stamp. I contacted the manager who understandably wanted to know I was reading the stamp correctly, as they came directly from the manufacturer (who had stopped making this model) . I provided a photo. Bottom line- the manager Roux stood behind their service, and ordered a new set of better brand, and more expensive tires. This was at no cost to me. I couldn't be happier!!”

“Have been a customer of MV Les Schwab since they opened, so lots of experiences with them. I took my car in for a nail in the tread and while fixing that they recommended repairing leaking struts. They did a good job of that, but while fixing that the ABS sensor wires were disturbed. But to their credit, Les Schwab replaced the sensor wires and got my Honda back on the road. Big shout out to asst Mgr Hunter and his team!”
