“I've always had good experiences working with Les Schwab. Their free tire repair, well priced tire options, and warranties keep me coming back.
This experience was nothing short of Customer Service at it's best! My car had a damaged tire and I needed it replaced before my road trip over the Labor Day weekend. I went in thinking they would order the tire and next week I would get it installed. No, they got it in by 11:00 am and by Noon me and my car were out of there.
Peter, Parker, Mary, and Kellen (the manager) took very good care of me. They gave me options and advice on how to best handle my situation. I have hope that the spirit of Customer is still alive and well, at least in this Les Schwab location. For that, I am truly Grateful!”

“My Schwab moment is that I blew a tire on I-5 @ 5:45 pm and called Fed Way store to fix, they referred me to store with tires in stock. I called them told the story my friend and I am from up north coming to a Rainiers game and need fixed tonight. They kept the store open while we had to defer from travel club to private party towing. Going private party we had response on scene within 15 minutes not to mention the state patrol assistance in 10 minutes for safety of us while we wait. Anyways, Pat had made sure this after hour assistance to keep us going was more than taken care of in a timely manner. I tried to tip him but was rejected...

Kudos to Pat @ LS Auburn N and LS overall for their help to solve my dilemma and not make me have to use alternate transportation\lodging and all other issues by not getting this completed after hours..
