The gentleman that is there all the time is great to talk too, friendly, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor. He takes the time to get to know you while he is processing your item you brought in to ship out. He also lets you know about the pricing difference in the Priority Boxes that might be better for me to ship my items. I always look forward to coming to this post office not only because it is closer to me, but because of the Great Customer Service I get!!

Twice my pkg arrived at the post office and then dissapeared, others are complaining there packages have been gone through and things are missing, I order 6 ipsy packages and 2 boxycharm packages every month. I guess the lady thinks I receive to many and decides to keep them. I have tracking on them and I even called DHL . They told me my package arrived at the post office, then the post office market delivered. IT WASN'T bc I got the mail from the mailman.. My package is missing again this month so I wanted others to be on the watch and if ur having this issue as well then call the main office in Yakima, after so many complaints they have to look into it..
