“The United States Postal Service is often under rated and taken for granted. Every agency/company has their issues. Despite this they are always friendly and have always given quick service. Alan from the Chehalis WA post office is AWESOME and goes above and beyond. I had a few issues with my mail and a package not arriving. Alan personally called and resolved those issues. Not only is that better customer service than I have ever received from fedex or UPS, but regardless of whatever delays come up USPS is still more efficient.”
