Absolutely great place for pick up. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I've been delivering for a while, but this is the first time I've encountered a place with such a unique attitude to drivers. I would like to express my gratitude to Chuck and his colleague who quickly and professionally handled my loading process, which took no more than an hour with all the necessary paperwork. The staff is truly exceptional. I would argue that this place should serve as a model for Customer Service in all facilities across the United States.

First time here. Came 12:50, appt at 3. They changed to 4. Still here. Also from 7pallets changed to 9 pallets. Came in and there was only one truck waiting. So confused if cherries are ready why not to load it. ALso this place has too many extra employees,,,which doesn't help to get out of here any sooner.

My appointment was at 7:00 and they are saying it was at 9:00. It's already 10:30. I haven't received any call yet. I think it will be loaded by morning lol

I got here at 4:10 PM checked in and within 10 minutes. I was already on the dock. It took them about 30 to 40 minutes to load me and I would leave five star but unfortunately they didn’t load the way I wanted it to be reloaded.
About negative feedback that people are leaving. It’s because they are coming here to pick up a referral without pre-cooling Reefer before they come here and they got rejected and sent to the parking lot to be waited until they reach the temperature before get loaded.

It's such a dirty office, loads of workers are moving around for a long time. My time to pick up the luggage is 17:00. I'm still waiting. 23:00 pm?

I do not recommend this place to anyone The worst place, we arrived at 12, we went to check for an appointment at 2 they told us that we did not have an app. Afterwards, they already had the confirmation, which was for 2 pm, at 2 pm, they told us that we have no appointment or load or anything, they gave us another appointment for 4 pm, at 4 they sent us to the door, being in They tell us to leave the door because the load is supposedly hot, at 8:50 at night they send us to the door again, we leave at 8:50 pm

Arrived at 2pm appointment time was 9pm but got a dock at 3pm and loaded by 4... Staff was really nice and supportive. There were alot of truck park at the entrance but the extra parking is on the back side of the building. Alot of parking spot available

Got door right away. When i opened my trailer i had a fallen over pallet from a previous pickup. I started putting it back when the loader said to just back into the door and they will do it for me. Awesome guys. Thank you!

Very bad staf in check in office date 26 July Wednesday time 3 pm to 7 pm i think they don’t like this job they don’t know how to speak some one ur job only depends on truck driver if u don’t like work go to home sleep specially guys who’s wearing hat he overload with attitude

Excellent...10 minutes after check in...in door...within hour..loaded.Polite. Efficient. GPS took me to Parallel Rd which is other side of bldg. They will send you to other side to park on gravel lot where sign says shipping. I didn't go there because GPS directions. Were on other side and name on building was different from name on my plan. That road is East Dock rd.
