Tom and Randy Catered our wedding in July. We originally bought some of the smoked meat on Memorial Day and were extremely impressed. We own property up on the river outside of Darrington and go into the IGA every weekend. When it came time to choose food for our wedding we both thought of IGA in Darrington. We worked with Tom and Randy and they completely delivered the goods and at an extremely reasonable price!. Brisket, Pork, Macaroni and Cheese, and Coleslaw. They delivered it to us out on Camano Island. It was on time, hot, and everyone loved it. We were their first catering event and they rocked it!! From this day forward we will always use Prairie Mountain Smokers for any of our events.

Mask compliance with staff is very low. Even the workers serving hot food had their masks around their chins. Checkers either weren’t wearing masks or had them pulled down. One checker even licked her finger to open a plastic bag before bagging groceries.
