“After stopping at another auto parts store in town and finding a complete lack of local neighborhood friendliness in addition to higher prices than expected, I left quickly. I decided to stop at our new local store to compare my experience and the prices. Wow - O'REILLY'S in Nine Mile/SUNCREST was the opposite experience! I was warmly welcomed in and directed to the area I needed. The prices were still a little higher than desired but the helpful team working there made me want to stay and possibly purchase my auto accessories there. Josh, the store manager sealed the deal when he mentioned that they can price match on some items, sometimes! That's so cool, huh!! For my accessories he was able to adjust the price just enough for me to purchase... AND to look forward to returning to the store!!
