Loved the ratio of fat to meat and the skin on the pepperoni sticks, however, we noticed a rather pronounced fennel profile to it. This was on the "too much" scale for us personally, but others might love that. Would love a bigger punch to them with the curing process too. The summer sausage was was good, but we noticed the same curing profile missing, and the consistency was somewhere between a bologna and a summer sausage. It was good, but not punchy in a more traditional sense. In all, very good products, but not our style or flair. Will go back to try other stuff for sure though.”
