BEWARE - The security of your sensitive information may be compromised. Mine has been lost/stolen. Nearly had my RV recycled/dumped/auctioned off. Please note up until now I have sent my own clients & family members to this Park, as well as touted it as my favorite rv resort I had ever stayed.----I have been paying for nearly 3yrs to have my RV stored in their rv storage area. A manager quit several months ago. In that same time, all the documents they had regarding storing my and MANY others RV went missing. People were not even being charged anymore. As a matter of fact, I was told by a very nice gentleman that works there; they didn't even know whos rv was whos in storage. They had to have a sheriff run the plates to help. Still, somehow they couldn't figure out any out of state plates. Then he told me that several the RV being stored looked like they were most likely meth labs and have been removed. Which boggles my mind because this place has always been beautiful, and I've never had any issues. It is very unsettling to find out this situation. Let alone my own RV was next to be removed. I payed/trusted DeerPark RV Resort (G7 management company) with my property and sensitive information... Lost/Stolen paperwork is not acceptable and could have caused me weeks of time and stress.Ps - The only way they found out the stored RV was mine. Was when I bought an additional one and called to let them know i was coming out to store it (Today). If that didn't happen.. Mine was next to go to recycle/dump/auction..I was just there in the last 45 days to install a new controller for my solar.I called the front desk and asked for the code to get it... No one mentioned anything about my RV being on a removal list at that time.I also called the day before I bought my rv (yesterday). Inquiring about having a second one stored. No one mentioned anything. I guess 3rd time's the charm. Because that was today and it was finally mentioned.Noteworthy details: Stressful

Amazing rv park. We came up here for a wedding. It was amazing! The camp host lead us to our site then helped us back in. They have so many AMAZING amenities including pool, sauna, club house, playground, golf, and more. My 70 year old mother fell and couldn't stand on up due to her knee replacements. The camp host was able to get her up and was so amazing! The office, greating information, and experience was Fantastic. Deer Park is a small town And this RV park superseded our expectations. You can tell people love it here and there are plenty of fulltimers who have dictated with beautiful lights, flowers, and elegant decor. Highly recommend it here, but I also don't want it to get too popular so I can continue to afford it ?

Our last summer stay was horrible. We used to come here every summer, but this was our last. The staff were rude and over charged us, with no apology. The pool was very dirty. Our booking was a mess, the staff are clearly over their heads. No customer service, rude and mean. Did not feel safe at this property.

We used to come here every year. We were asked to go again this year but after what happened the last time, we do not feel safe there. We stayed there 2 weeks last August and while cooking dinner one afternoon, the maintenance worker doing the lawn actually hit me with the Lawnmower. I addressed this and he was extremely rude. This same employee continued to harrass us throughout our entire vacation because I complained to the office. The Manager came to discuss it, however there was no apology and it didn't seem like they even cared. We used to love this place but unfortunately we do not feel comfortable anymore.

First G7 RV Resort experience and I loved it!!! Great salt water pool/jacuzz. Fun playset. I wish the dog park had grass but it was liveable. There's a much nicer dog park further into the place but my dogs are a real pain to walk. So we stuck to the closer one. Also, found some GREAT things in Spokane. Mia's massage is incredible...she's so good! Jodi's Broom closet just across the street is amazing. Houk Chiropractic is really good. The New Orleans themed restaurant near here was TO DIE FOR!!Lastly, Natalyn Nails in Deer Park....she's so good!!!! Book in advance!! She books up!

Would have been higher except for the guy who's taken over the pavilion every day, using it as his office. Has his computer set up, has loud phone calls, and is all around annoying. Complaining to the office does no good. I don't go to the pavilion during the day anymore.Otherwise it's a very nice place, good pool and hot tub, laundry, friendly and helpful staff. Great serviceI probably won't be back

So nice to be back here visiting from Canada again. We had a great stay with our kids. We were provided with great service from our reservation phone call right thru to when we left! Highly recommended this rv resort! Lovely pool and water aerobics, great golf course and super friendly faces!! Can’t wait to come back again!

I want to give this place 5 stars and it could be, but who doesn't have their pool running for Memorial day weekend, especially since it's been broken for weeks. We came all this way with our kids and nothing, would have been great to know when we booked. In addition to a freezing pool, it is super dirty. Other than the pool issue, great place to camp.

In all of our travels, this is the nicest, cleanest and well kept RV park we have ever stayed at. We were there for three full months and we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. Rates are reasonable, camp hosts and the office staff were always super friendly and helpful. We even had the chance to enjoy the pool and driving range while we were there. Highly recommend this park, we would definitely stay here again if we're in the Spokane area.

I live at the park and been here for a year. Mass improvements have been done. Such as : laundry room overhauled , looks so nice. Pavilion has a dedicated work out area , kids play area and more library to browse by. Everything is donated to the kitchen area and it's pretty well set up for cooking. We also has propane service. You put your garbage by the road for pickup every morning and propane and they take care of it for you and pay for propane at the office. It's so quiet compared to the RV parks in bigger cities.

We stopped at this park intending it to be just one night on Friday, Jult 10th. The resort is lovely. The staff is wonderful. We left Saturdsy morning and made a break stop nearly 100 miles down the road when we discovered we left our 21 yr old cat behind. We immediately called the office and discovered our beloved Sassy cat had been brought to the office by our nice site neighbor just before we called. Colleen and Brie in the office assured us she was fine and kept her there until we could get back. Both Colleen and Brie are animal lovers and spoiled the old girl. We made it back and they accommodated us for another night. This is way beyond good customer service!

Spacious, beautiful and well organized RV Park on a golf course. Paved roads and pads. Full hook-ups, including cable and wifi. Office staff and camp host we're very helpful and pleasant. Had no problems maneuvering our 40' class A, towing a 30' enclosed trailer, around the park.

We usually like RV resorts surrounded by nature, but this place is an exception. It's a very manicured resort overlooking an even more manicured golf course. But the sites are wide so you feel fairly private, there's plenty of light, and it's very very quiet. In the northern portion, there are a lot of sites that seem to be set up for long-term residents, but the only way you can tell is that there's some extra landscaping and structures like cabanas and sheds on those sites. All the people we met were friendly and helpful. The pool was closed when we were there, but looks like it would be lovely. And there's a huge rec room with piano, kids play area, fully equipped kitchen, TV, and fireplace. The only disappointment was the wifi, which was very erratic. Nonetheless, hope to visit again in the future!
