Very good customer service along with great quality of work. My pickups transfer case blew up and took out all the wiring, brake lines, and fuel line that went along the frame, and it also caught on fire which burnt all the wiring too, which they replaced or repaired. They completely redid everything along with putting in a fass fuel pump, replaced the transmission, the t-case, and other parts that got messed up. I am from Walla walla area and will only take my diesels to to this shop anymore for repair and performance upgrades.

Friendly people but they need a sign for their driveway. if you don't know where you are going you could end up in the wrong driveway. I stopped at their neighbors who did direct me to the right place and said this actually happens all the time.

An unbelievable experience with Dierks Diesel! The truck is a 1995 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel, the problem, mega smoke when starting the truck first thing in the morning, every day without fail. Also, there is a small leak from under the front end of the truck. Dierks Diesel is where I dropped the truck off to get fixed, you know the rest, we'll look at the truck, blah blah blah. The point of the experience, receive a text that the truck was ready and come take care of the invoice. 3100.00 and change. Fair enough, upon leaving his last words to me were, "The truck hasn't been started all day, no smoke" Started the truck, no smoke, got this warm feeling, no smoke, YIPPIE!!! Brought the truck home, parked for the night, ready for tomorrow. Have to do a dump run, looks like 3 loads!!Good Morning, looks like a great day to get the garbage to the dump. Let's get the truck started and loaded, busy garbage day for me!! What the hell, smoke, smoke, smoke and more smoke and now leaks in four places. Oh dear, this is not fixed, no really, you can tell!!!ok, what to do? Well, walk away! Sent a text saying "the truck still smokes and smokes and smokes, unbelievable!" Had to chill a bit so off to cut the grass, really helps me think. Back from cutting the grass, a missed call, it is him, simply sent a text saying "I will take care of it, thanks!", then blocked the number.I think to myself (what a wonderful world of course) but I feel like I just got robbed. Anyways, the phone number is blocked. Not sure what the response would be, maybe bring the truck back, who knows, who cares. Why would I return the truck for repair repair after the first repair was incomplete, honestly you can tell! Just does not seem like a place for my truck to continue getting work done! So, I walk away into the sunset, wondering if anyone is out there that knows how to work on diesel trucks, again, I find myself on a quest for knowledge, the Dodge will get fixed. It is just that Dierks Diesel does not work for me.

Had my 2006 F350 Diesel with less than 100,000 miles on it towed to this place. We are the original owners and this truck is stock except we changed it over to a flatbed. This garage came back to tell me that they had no idea what was wrong, suspected the typical issues with this engine to be the cause, would repair to better than OEM and or good as new. The mechanic who was super nice told me to go read blogs about the typical issues for this engine so I would have a better understanding about what he was talking about. I repeat, no concrete diagnosis, could be this and that...and here is the kicker...$11,000 for a top half of engine fix. Everyone I knew told me to get it out of there, but first I called around and chatted with other reputable diesel shop (from great reviews) and they all told me that they would absolutely be able to diagnose the issues before commencing any work. I had it towed away to a top diesel shop and they have diagnosis and it's less than half of quote that Dierk's shop gave to me. Adding insult to injury, they charged me $500+ to diagnose without a diagnosis, stating that they spent 3 hours going over the engine. I WOULD NOT take another diesel truck there ever again. Of course after I got my truck out of there and told a few people about my experience and what they charged me I found out how many other people have had bad experiences when they took their trucks to this place. Sucks for me, save yourself and take your diesels to a reputable Spokane diesel shop.

They have had our truck for 4 months now and everytime they are called to find out progress, we get a super lame excuse. They say, we were sick and I will have so and so call you back. YOUR EXCUSE ONLY SATISFY'S YOURSELF!!! STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK ?

I have had Dierks diesel work on my Dodge truck twice in the last two years. Once to have fuel injectors installed and once to install a tuner. My truck has never ran so good and my fuel mileage has also improved. They are very personable and take the time to walk you through your vehicles issues. If you need to have your diesel truck repaired or enhance the performance I highly recommend Dierks.

I found Dierks on Facebook and they came highly recommended. I took my Ram with the Cummins diesel into Galen and his crew and could not have been more impressed. Their service was outstanding and prices were very reasonable. On top of all of that, Galen text me a week later to make sure the truck was running good. He has checked in with me periodically since to make sure all is good with my truck, something I have never had a mechanic do before. Hands down the best mechanic I have had and I will without a doubt be taking all of my vehicles, diesel or not, to Dierks from here on out.
