I’ve owned many four wheelers over the years and bought from different dealers. This one is by far the worst experience I’ve had, went to pick up a new Can Am four wheeler in Colville where it was supposed to be new! had 18 miles and was completely dirty when they knew I was coming to pick it up had alfalfa and straw everywhere with compartment seal hanging down, I was told that it had been programmed and updated which it wasn’t so had to wait around for them to attempt to fix it but they couldn’t so they eventually Sent Machine to Deerpark store for the up date so I had to pick up at later date. Then when I got home with it I found 2 nuts one 11/16 that went to A arm bolt and other we couldn’t find. I brought to their attention along with fender bolts that were oxidized like they sat in the sun for a year witched they replaced. Then knowing how incompetent they had been to this point I Kept checking in to see if they shipped my title to my county licensing place they said that they shipped it two days after the purchase cause I paid cash, then after 30day I was wondering Why licensing didn’t have it told it was sent 4 days after buying then 6 days So we thought it was lost! just showed up today and was postmarked almost 3 weeks after not 3 days like Brenda, their title person said. When I did a courtesy email to let her know it showed I got condescending emails from Brenda at chastising me when literally everything they told me was incorrect. Worst experience ever nobody has an idea What’s going on. They are not a good dealer. I’ll post below the photo of the nut in trailer before even unloading at home and her email!

We have been to this location two times for parts and service and both times the girl working was nothing but a rude, nasty, condescending person. Would not recommend for anything!

Forgot to ever leave a review on here but about a year ago me and my brother took our bikes here, we spent about $3000 and they didn’t run whatsoever when we got them back! My brother called the shop to tell them and the said they would continue work on one of the bikes but said they wouldn’t touch the other one! Bad customer service and even worse at fixing things. Don’t take your stuff here to get fixed.

I have been to this business a few times, and each time was great!!! Spencer is very respectful and knowledgeable on his job . So much so that I will not be going to other shops. Also, if they don't have the part, I am willing to wait for it to come in and not look elsewhere for it . Protection plus maybe a small shop, but they customer service is top-notch!!!!! Thank you, Spencer .

Horrible workmanship and worse customer service. Took my riding lawnmower to be serviced for the upcoming season. When I got it home, it was running really rough, so I checked and found that they had not connected 1 of the 2 spark plug leads. I checked the oil and it smelled of gasoline. I called them requesting they change the oil. They said they couldn't do it.
Trust the bad reviews on this company. They have earned them.

If I could give zero stars I would. Save yourself a lot of money and headache and take your bike anywhere but here. They take advantage of people, charge you a lot, and don't answer your calls.

Worst experience I have had at any motor sports shop. Negligent mechanics and an owner who takes zero responsibility. I do not understand how this shop is still in business. DO NOT take any of your machines here. Any issues with work done and owner will immediately raise his voice on you.

Best place to stop in and snag a new sled for the upcoming season. Owners and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly . Best part is they have 2 locations and they’re both family owned . Bought a new sled from deer park location best decision I have ever made will be my new power sports dealer for life plus they also sell atvs/side by sides snowblowers chainsaws and much more . Emily and Kayla thank you for helping with my Powersports and making it an easy transaction .
