Yeah this post office really sucks, service is awful and some of the employees talk to you like a mouthy teenager. PO box fees are up from 35 bucks to almost 100

I’ve been one of their biggest customers for 4-5 years and I can tell you for certain, this place is a complete clown show. Dirty/nasty, parking lot is almost undrivable (you’ll blow a ball joint). Don’t waste your time here unless you need to. UPS way better.

Parcel and mail people frequently refuse to deliver. They usually say that the mailbox is full or that no one answered the door but it’s all lies. Doorbell cam shows that they never even try and the mailbox is always empty because they can’t be bothered to deliver mail before 4 PM.
Lazy workers and liars, as expected for post office workers.
Edit: since making this review, my packages are now “lost” without any explanation.

Postal system is a joke. Don’t advertise a phone number when the number is not answered. Should be charged with false advertisement when your system says “someone will be right with you,” only to have your call hung up on. Change automated system so that online complaints can be easier to file. Long story short, train delivery person to put mail in the proper box. I’m tired of my mail being delivered by strangers to my door because it was put in their box and not mine. Yes, errors can happen, but not on a daily basis!

Cute full service post office PO boxes and full service premium package pickup you can use their street address as an address to pick up your packages if you have the PO box.

I keep getting other people's mail and giving it back and frequently my packages aren't found or get returned before they needed to and I'm missing death certificates birth certificates and packages lots of important mail I've been going here 8 years and I can't even forward the mail from there using their own system crazy all the way its made me loose alot of sanity and caused me to miss important deadlines than the most insane thing happened about 6 months ago the whole row of boxes got taken out from some random idiot

Would give zero stars if possible. This post office disposed of a package 4 hours after they scanned it into their system and “attempted” delivery. No delivery was attempted. I work from home, I am home all day long, use informed delivery and have cameras. There was no reason to dispose of the package at all! Typically don’t have issues getting our mail but this situation is incredibly frustrating.

they've not been putting the mail out on time and not in the right boxes again!! got a huge bundle of mail for two dozen different boxes WTH that little boy Tyler they call post master needs a replacement
