This is the only place where I will be sending my electronics if they ever need repair. They helped me out and I didn’t even buy anything from them. I found them from a YouTube video and reached out about how to connect a ribbon. I called but no one answered. To my surprise Joe text messaged me. He apologized for not answering my call and told me someone would reach out to me on Monday and Joe did exactly that. After he heard me out, Edgard helped me and told me exactly what I needed to know in order to wrap up a battery install on my Beats Studio 2. I offered compensation but was turned down. They were just happy to help. We need more businesses like this. This is the type of business we should be supporting. I've used Joes GE twice now.The first time I used the service, I was quite hesitant, but Joes tech answered all my questions before I sent off my Beats headphones. Because it was a great experience, this second time I did not hesitate to use the service again. They diagnosed the issue with Beats and was that simple. Both occasions, the service was speedy. This time around, I sent my headphones on a Monday and I've received them on the Friday, speedy turnaround. Thank you!

I sent in a set of Beats with a broken hinge. They came back as good as new! Joe's did exactly what they said they would, in the time frame they said they would. They communicated with me every step of the way so I knew exactly what was going on. I couldn't find anyone local to do the repair, and Joe's came through. Highly recommend.

Needed two pairs of Studio Beats 3 fixed, it was major damage around the ears and more. Mailed them to Joe’s and within a week, they were done and were being shipped back to me. Definitely would send my headphones to them again.
