Dpinder was my first impression of ABC and I’m absolutely in love! He was thorough, answered all my questions and made sure I understood the costs of everything before I made a choice. Its hard to find places that won’t screw you over, so I’m glad I found y’all! Will be back again!

I broke down pulling into Seattle on my way to Alaska. They got me in the shower poo the same day and started working immediately on my car. It turned out to be more than I initially thought. They got the parts installed and I was running again on day. Off to Alaska again. The guys were great, stored my trailer and way helpful.

Communication was very good, testing seemed thorough, knowledge and degree of information was far better than Greg's Japanese Auto, which was less than informative and sort of felt half effort. Did not follow through on their recommendation as yet but found their recommendations more reliable. Their AI answering system needs work 🙈 All in all a good experience.

They had AAA/Costco membership discounts which were helpful, though had to verify application.

Needed new brake pads, brought my own but they were transparent about the price if mine didn’t fit. They were welcoming, honest, and even did a free inspection for any future issues. Overall, very nice people

ABC Auto Repair is the best in town. To start with the communication was awesome, They let me know what was wrong with my truck & needed to help me out through the process. There high master tech mechanics solved my problem and went out there way to fix my truck and get me back on the road. The prices are really reasonable good and better then any other shops around town. I recommend ABC Auto Repair for anyone looking to get there car or truck fixed these guys are the REAL DEAL!! They will work with you from top to bottom making sure you are comfortable and ready to get you back on the road satisfied. Highly recommended 5 stars and beyond. My son locked me out of the car setting off the anti-theft system and something was activating engine light. Despite these issues, the team worked tirelessly to ensure we reached the airport on time. I would definitely recommend their services!
