I've been going to Banfield for years and they've helped my swarm of cats achieve peak performance. Everyone I've encountered in their various offices has been sweet, helpful, friendly, and very kind to my often anxious and bitey rescues. Banfield's support has helped my kitties through serious illnesses, lifelong illnesses, and more checkups than I go to with my own doctor. 5/5 stars and then some.

They treat my dog like he's one of their family. They were especially good to him when he was attacked by some large dogs and needed extensive medical help. I never have to wait, I get reminder calls, there's never a charge for the visit just for meds or procedures that are done.

I have never had a bad experience at Banfield. Their wellness plan is very convenient and ensures the check uos, teeth cleaning, and vaccinations are done every year.

Dr Morlan and staff are the kindest caring people. They helped us care for our Mimi. Mimi had congestive heart issues. With their help, her life was extended. All of her medical needs were met. The care she received was beyond what I could have expected in such a challenging time. Highly recommend your pet to visit them.

Even though they are a pet hospital be prepared for them not to accept your emergency pet visit. We need euthanasia for our cat and they couldn't fit us in so we went with an at home euthanasia called Lap of Love, and they fit us in the same day that way our cat wouldn't have to suffer.. Crazy not to be able to fit in a 5 min euthanasia.. Because that's the amount of time it took to put my cat to sleep at home..

All about the money. I took my puppy in, no one did an exam, felt his stomach, nothing. They said they needed to call a radiologist and do x-rays. $500 they said. They kept him 3 hours and charged me $800 to tell me he had bacteria in his stool. But dont you do the fecal test first I said? The wellness plan i have includes that cost. So instead of it costing me nothing, they charged me for $800 worth of unnecessary x-rays. And now my dog is also scared to death of the vet as well. We had to switch offices.

Posting on behalf of a friend: Of course they would continue charging for the monthly wellness plan even after the pet’s passed, and even after they told that there won’t be any further charges immediately following the death. Heard they put someone in collections as well even after their pet died. I would boycott Banfield until they fix this sick, incompetent behavior.

The staff are great! My dog has been going here for the last 3 years we’ve been living the area. Although my dog gets nervous, he has a couple of the nurses I can tell he really trusts and they do an incredible job with him!The only downside is how far appointments are once in a while. There have been times where the system tried to charge me more for meds or for replacement of meds, and they staff worked their magic to make sure it was fair and I didn’t get charged extra. One of the first pictures of my dog Zuko, when he was just 4 months old at this vet clinic!

Thank you Banfield Pet Hospital for settling my nerves because a group of 12 year old's brought a bird into my classroom at 7:30 in the morning.

OK for routine. Would not recommend for urgent care. Impossible to get an appointment. Even if this is supposed to be your pets vet.

I've been taking my dog here for a couple years now. The care my dog receives is excellent! They've been managing his conditions throughly. I never knew much about Banfield initially. but when my dog started needing care, i looked into what they offered and it was well worth signing up. They offer 3 plans: active care, active care plus, and special care. I like how you can stay on a plan for 12 months then choose to downgrade if needed. Regarding my dogs health: he has a heart murmur and requires routine yearly check ups with a cardiac specialist. The echo gram runs about $500-$600. He also needs teeth extractions. The first surgery everything went smooth! They take extra caution and care if something isn't right. I would receive a call notification before the Dr proceeds with anything unless given my consent. The care plan they have given my dog has been effective. He's on a cardiac diet with medications taken daily and there has been no change with his condition. Which I am truly grateful about. This specific clinic, everyone I encountered has been friendly and helpful! I'll continue to seek care and treatment here for managing my dogs health.
