Free $400! Open a checking account and get $400 added to your account within 60 days of meeting criteria, which for my promotion that Key Bank sent me was to make 1 deposit of at least $1000. I made that deposit on March 25, 2021. Still after over 100 days, no $400 despite being in contact with a bank rep and even talking to the branch manager who either does not have the authority to make anything happen or is unwilling to do anything about it. They can clearly see that I made that deposit and I even went through the trouble of sending photos of the promotion, which thankfully I still had. Ask for a promotion when opening an account, just don't expect to get it.

Moses did a terrible job helping me look into refinancing my home. He scolded me in txt messages (he should not be txt messaging me at all!) after he failed to follow-through on his promises two times in a row. I don't think I have ever seen a bank with only 1 star ratings before.

Came In to get money out of my account no one was in line but me and there was 3 counter ppl only one was helping someone. I waited and waited for nearly 10 Mins finally after the other two were done holding their conversation right in front of me they asked if they could help me. When I inquired as to why it took so like the one person said ohh we were helping another person in front of you. I said ohh The phantom person that wasn't ever here she replied before you walked in. Here again I was in line for ten mins as they chatted away. First time here wont be back!!

Never answer the phones. Never available. Always rushing you or pushy. Only one teller usually (who's usually awesome but it's only him) and the managers lie on the phone. Said he was emailing documents too me and NEVER DID. I was on my work line so I have the conversation recorded......terrible!

This banking center has by far the WORST customer service. They are very pushy about sales, and the main personal banker is extreamly rude and odviously dosn't understand the concept of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Because of her i will never return to this banking center. I drive out of my way 3 times a week to go to the key bank in Normandy Park where i am actully treated like a person.
