Shawn the owner of this shop is a straight talking cat that will not play you or waste your time. He got my brakes redone and only recommended the necessary items that needed to be replaced, he did not once try to make me spend money on things I didn't need. He had my car out in 4 hours, totally smooth experience and I 100% recommended this shop for your car care needs.

We have had both kids’ cars at the Des Moines Meineke over the last several years for oil changes, brakes, AC, etc. They do a complete inspection with pictures and make recommendations for the car, which as a mother I very much appreciate. Shaun is always so helpful, communicative, efficient and goes above and beyond what we ask him to do. They do a great job!

These guys are great! Both the owner and Shaun take great care of my family and I every time we come. If you’re buying a used vehicle and need an inspection, they will save you a lot of money. They always do a great job servicing our vehicles and the mechanics are real pros!

Since I've purchased my new cars over the last 2 months I've had nothing but the utmost and best service at this establishment the staff their speed their ability and their knowledge are all top notch I can highly recommend it to everybody should you be in trouble go to the meineke car center in Des Moines on pac highway

Had to drop off my car after hours and they kindly came back and brought my car inside to make sure it was safe overnight. Work was done quick and helpful friendly staff, highly recommend this location.

Had an amazing experience at this car shop! As a young female I am so used to be taken advantage of whenever I take my cars to get serviced, but here they truly wanted to ensure I was just getting done what I needed, while teaching me what to look for. I came in thinking I needed to get a “tune up” and they did a thorough examination of my vehicles to see that I didn’t need what I thought it did. I will definitely be coming back here for any work I need to have done on my vehicles. I just hope that the Meineke in Arizona matches these standards.

I really appreciate my last visit at Meineke Car Care Center. Yes they deserve this review because they took care of my vehicle with such a kindness that I couldn't forget the service. Everything was perfect and quick for me. Guess what, they fixed my car as if it was their own one. God bless you guys!

Unhelpful, unprofessional, doesn't listen to the customer, doesn't know what kind of oil they put in the car. They supposedly fixed the brakes but didn't actually get rid of the shuddering when the car stops. We won't be going back here.
