The front desk staff consistently demonstrate exceptional service, and the scheduling process is efficient. Repair turnaround times are impressive; met with the amazing QC today, and we addressed a few minor issues. All good for now. Please consider upgrading to Nespresso original for an even more awesome lobby experience and happier staffs. The GM work tirelessly and very down to earth.

I had a great experience from start to finish! The team provided clear, clear quotes and timely communication over text on track repair progress and cost details. The check-in and check-out experience was pretty quick. Pickup was smooth, and the car was in good condition. Highly recommend!

The team at Murray's car star was phenomenal. They had excellent communication every step of the way. Dealing with insurance and accident damage is never a fun experience, but the team here made it painless. They had a rental car waiting for me when I dropped off my vehicle and kept me well informed through the entire process. Once at the end I had the option to drop the rental car there. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I couldn't even recognize it due to the fact that it had been immaculately cleaned and polished inside and out. This level of service sets them apart from their competition. I felt like I was in a brand new car and the service rivaled that of the dealership when I bought the car. Highly recommend Murray's Carstar!

This was an absolutely amazing experience. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The work got done much faster than expected, rental car was amazing and the quality of repair was top-tier. Definitely made an unfortunate experience of getting rear ended easiesr to handle with working with such a professional and kind company. Highly recommend Murray's!!

I am baffled that others have voiced the same experiences, yet it keeps happening. It’s true that your car will come back with more damages! During the repair, they left scratches along my window trim and bumper and won’t admit fault. I have photos to prove they weren’t there before. They wouldn’t show me the pictures taken during the estimate. They refused to fix it.
After 6 weeks of having my car and saying that they can replace the tints and coats, they didn’t do it. They didn’t even tell me. I had to say, “hey this doesn’t look coated” before they said, “we don’t do coats.” To prove their evil, they not only told my insurance company I had to go to my original shop in New York to reapply the coating for it to be covered, but it had to be done within 30 days. In what world do you have to go back to the original shop?? And you’re not supposed to coat for AT LEAST 30 days after fresh paint.
Clearly, Lisa (the owner) was trying to sabotage me after I complained about the scratches. This place WILL take advantage of you. You've been warned.

Excellent experience all around at Murray's. I had a bumper replaced on a Tesla Model 3, paid through insurance. Tesla shop was backed up for 2 months, Murrays has a high throughput, took me that day, and were done in less than two weeks. Very happy with the repair and result. The staff were sharp, co-ordinated well with the insurer, and they helped with a rental car (also paid by insurance). Top notch, happy to recommend!
