It's an OK little shop. Good selection of vapes, but tobacco prices are the same as the gas station in the same lot. Also, the person behind the counter is very rude/short with me every time I go in there. I asked her a question about the products they carry, and she projects a feeling as if she is annoyed and I should just know what they carry. Good customer service is not provided there, so I am willing to pay more to a business that appreciates me doing business with them. I would never recommend them to people I know... I will only go in there if I see she is not the cashier .

Just went into store and tried to buy some vape juice. Ask lady for help at the register and she was not helpful at all. Asked her questions about the vape juices because I didn’t know and another customer was more helpful than she was. Very rude and I’m not satisfied with my visit. I will not be returning. If you don’t like your job please quit.

I WANT to like this store. I really do. It is clean and organized. It has great variety. See, I vape. I spend money on vaping supplies. I was very happy to find this handy little shop mere blocks from my home.I've been there twice this week. Today is Sunday the 19th of November, and it is 1123 am 2023. I've just walked out of this shop for the last time, albeit regrettably.Both of my visits this week ended poorly.There is a moderately young women working there. She is obviously intelligent, and she is obviously capable. However, what she is not is also glaringly obvious. She is not interested in vaping or it's obligatory industry. This is witnessed and vetted by her sheer lack of interest and/or knowledge regarding the vary products that someone mistakenly entrusted her to sell. She is absolutely disinterested in creating a friendly, inviting service environ for the shop's clients, with which the folly of not knowing the products you stock your shelves with could ostensibly be forgotten.I'll inevitably find another shop with better service (an all too easy task I assure you,) but it won't be this one that is, in minutes, walking distance and, in seconds, driving distance from my home.

Me: "I only have twenty dollars until pay day tomorrow."Person behind the counter: "Well, the cheapest is 19.99, so..."Me: "Isn't that 6.99 right there??"Like... lmk you want me to leave without saying it. I just wanna get my vape head to work. Not the first time I've had a weird experience here either. Thanks for the reminder of why I stopped coming here.
