Honestly I think this company has peoples car stolen so they can charge them a ridiculous amount to get their car back, OR AUCION YOUR CAR OFF if you can't pay the astronomical amount! I just had to pay $400 to get my STOLEN car back AND an additional $75 a day until you can come up with the money!! THIS IS ROBBERY AND VERY IMMORAL!!

Pick up a trailer that we had bought, had a couple things go wrong before I could leave Ken was very generous and helped me fix the problems so I could make my way back home!!! Very nice people!

They are straight scammers. The company take their sweet time picking up your car but can hitch a repo car in seconds. Towing port was 4 minutes from the car and two mines from my house. We were told $150 plus additional fees but will call with a quote and when they are leaving. The person showed up at the car without informing us and took 38 minutes to hitch and bring the car 2 minutes down the road. When he showed up he sat in his car and took 40 more minutes to let it down while charging double the price with the threat of taking it if we don’t pay…. Never again. That man was pure unprofessional

Most scandalous scum bags like any other tow company charge you more per hour than a lawyer and prey on your inability or desire to retrieve your vehicle knowing any average person cannot comply with their outrageous requirements to get your property back then have the audacity to auction your car off for penny's on the dollar to some stranger and charge you for the balance. Sell it back to you for $1000 dollars but give it to anyone else for $100 that makes perfect sense if I could give negative -⭐️'s I would

Dont use them they tell you they will charge you $150 for the 1st hour from the time they leave their shop and come back but they send a dolly which takes forever to load and the next thing you know is they are charging you $315 for a 5 mile trip. Side note
I live in Des moines a half a block from Pets and the location drop off was 5 miles away so a 10 mile round trip for $315 dollars it is A RIPOFF

Got to me super quickly, Shane helped jump my car, although my car just didn’t have enough power I broke down a mile down the road, Shane showed up again in the quickness and towed my car home. He was super professional and friendly and I’m sure I was probably getting on his nerves. He even did a great job of reassuring me that everything was going to be okay when he saw I got flustered and started to cry. I will be using Pete’s towing again in the future thanks to Shane! Thanks for getting my car home !
