The driver & Podzilla operator, Dionisio, in Seattle area is great to work with! He was fast, efficient, and why we really need to distribute padding (like beds) as we pack Pods.

We had a great experience with our driver, Dionigio. (See attached) He was very helpful and friendly…in his own way. I was very impressed with his customer service attitude…he was going to get the job done and done right.
Everything else about PODS was less than par. Customer service is a joke and takes forever. The online system never worked for us so that was inconvenient and required a call to customer service. You get the loop here.
In-person service with our driver was all that kept me hopeful about PODS. I only interacted with in 3 times in 2 years but he outshined the rest of the business every time!

Our experience with PODS has been consistently disappointing, marked by repeated failures and poor customer service.
From the beginning, scheduled deliveries were repeatedly cancelled without explanation. Two days before our move, we were told the entire service would be cancelled, forcing us to rent a U-Haul at the last minute and pack overnight—completely undermining the convenience that PODS advertises.
When arranging delivery to our new home, we requested only a few hours to unload before the container was removed, but were told this would incur an additional $300 fee. This policy was never disclosed upfront or in our contract.
The storage policy was equally problematic. PODS advertises that if a container is emptied within three days of a new billing cycle, that month’s storage fee will be waived. However, because our third day fell on a Sunday (when PODS is closed), they unilaterally shortened the deadline to Saturday, effectively penalizing us for their own closure. Even when we offered to return the container on Sunday, they refused.
As a result, we lost workdays waiting for deliveries that never came, endured the stress of last-minute packing into the early morning hours, and dealt with representatives unwilling to apply fair and reasonable judgment.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend PODS. Their lack of transparency, inflexible policies, and terrible service created unnecessary costs, stress, and wasted time. I strongly encourage others to consider alternative moving and storage providers.
