Only had time for a quick pedicure and Tee was fast but thorough and did a great job painting my toes. Will definitely book with her again and upgrade the pedi.

So the I’ve been to this establishment 2 times. As soon as I walked in the hostess started yelling from the back of the building “how may I help you” I understand my timing was bad. Bc I arrived at 650 pm and the closed at 7. I get it. Still no excuse to yell or disturb the peace. When I mentioned the professionalism she laughed and said “ I don’t care, so…” this is our community and its sad customer service has gotten to this point

NEVER AGAIN! Worst pedicure of my life!! WORST! Not only was I injured and has to ice my foot and hobble around for days in pain. 6 months later I still have a case of Athlete’s foot, which I’ve never had before in my life. Don’t let it’s pretty and swanky atmosphere fool you. RUN don’t walk away from here. I’d give zero stars but I don’t have a choice. AND I was treated with disrespect and highly UNPROFESSIONAL service. Do not go to Polish!

I've been coming here two years and the staff here are always kind and they are good about getting walk-ins in quickly. However, more often than not I leave less than happy with how my nails look. When I bring up to the nail tech that I'd like them to redo a nail/fix something they tell me it's just the lighting in the salon. I don't like confrontation so I usually just deal with it.
Had my nails done today and was not jazzed with them, making it 3 sets in a row that I didn't love. So after two years I'll be trying to find a new salon (haven't looked before now because I like sticking with one place, when possible).
In Summary: Nice people work here and can get you in in a pinch, don't expect the highest quality work.

RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY!!!! I not only had the absolute WORST pedicure of my life that left me injured and I thought the girl was trying to rip off my big toe. I had to ice my foot for 3 days and nights and had to walk with my toes curled with no shoes for days AND THEN still MONTHS later I am fighting to get rid of this althete's foot, which I had NEVER had in my life before this very expensive and boughie nail salon. I saw nary a sani tablet go into the water to disinfect the jets. The entire service hurt and I am left with a bad case of althlete's foot. I'm glad it wasn't a worse infection but for the look of the place and the price you pay you should NOT have to be worried about injury or disease.... Do not go to Polished. It's AWFUL! I would not even give it one star, I would give it minus 11!

I had a wonderful time at the salon! The atmosphere was charming, and the place was impeccably clean and tidy, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The gentleman who did my nails was very polite and respectful throughout the entire session. He exhibited a high level of professionalism and skill, making sure that my nails looked perfect. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality nail service.

The nail tech here cut my finger with the drill (it happens, i’m not mad about that) she noticed but didn’t say anything, and when she was finishing my nails she opened the cuticle oil bottle, brushed over the blood on my finger (it got all over the brush) and then she stuck it back in the bottle. so now my blood is mixed in the cuticle oil that will get put on other peoples nails. This just felt really gross to me and if that’s normal what other icky practices are normal? I won’t be back here because of that, which is unfortunate because my acrylics and toes were pretty! :(

I got Kelly to do my nails and she damaged my natural nail, and cut off my skin multiple times making me bleed, Told Kelly she was making me bleed but she seemed like she didn’t care.

I had an amazing experience at Polish Nails Spa! The service was top-notch, and Kathy was incredibly skilled and friendly. She took her time to do my nail, provide me a good massage that I felt asleep on my chair and she had to wake me up to dry my nails. The spa has a relaxing atmosphere, and I felt pampered from the moment I walked in. The attention to detail during my treatment was impressive, and my nails have never looked better. I highly recommend Polish Nails Spa for anyone looking for a fantastic nail care experience. I'll definitely be coming back!

I moved to Washington 2 years ago and have been going here pretty inconsistently as I travel a lot. This is the only place I go to get a pedicure! The staff is always so welcoming and kind, today Hunter gave me a pedicure and it was incredible, I had a slight ingrown toenail and he fixed it with no pain! The spa pedicure was amazing and the free drink is a nice touch. Would recommend this place for a pedicure and good vibes! They have good music and great people! Thanks Hunter!!!
