Online order was made but I received no feedback until I called the local store and a few days after my online order was canceled and I have yet to here a reason or get a solution for my needs, Instead I am getting bombarded with ads from Rent-A-Center.

I went into the rent a center Redondo,wa location tonight. Representative there greeted my husband and I then went on to talk on phone. There was a sectional set that we were interested in. I asked if the 50% was in regards to the price or monthly payment. She said "oh, that just sold. Someone just bought it.I bought it" Then she proceeded to state that it had sat there for awhile. That it was expensive. That they have a website of things the store no longer have in the stores are on line.I thought, well I wasn't asking if it was expensive, guess I can just take my business elsewhere.

I would not recommend this location. I called to use a refund credit from out of state. And the manager was far from helpful.. his accusatory tone that I was argumentative because I was trying to understand rentacenters process. He stated he did not want to do business with me. I explained I was nice and simply trying to understand how they worked. I agreed we should not do business because he had a bias view of me. I would rate it a zero if I could. He was rude and should not work customer service if he doesn't care to service a potential customer.
