The place is a mess. Dirty as in not swept or mopped. Bathroom had no hand soap the workers are so rude and lazy. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Unfortunately this is a zero for me which means I have to drive further from home to wash but I would rather do that then to be in a filthy place worried about if my stuffs getting stolen

Went here during business hours (8:30 am) and they were closed. No explanation. Never going here again without calling them to confirm they are open.
Edit: Tried going here again; they closed a hour early and couldn’t get my clothes and sheets back that night. Utterly destroyed my plans the following day. Calling them doesn’t even work because they evidently spontaneously close their doors at any time.

Nice place to do laundry . They keep it clean and the extra large washers and dryers make short work of the task .

This place is a rip off. Charged u with double the price. Stuff is not cleaned properly. Rude people work there they They discriminate people they don’t explain to them what what service they got they charge overpriced service. Do not go here. Unless you wanna pay first before even seeing what you are charged with

change.no manners to talk with customers. Today is the seven time came for pick up and the same thing the computer is not working so many things bal....bal... the old white women so rude.

Today is the second day came for pick up and the same thing the computer is not working both lady are very rude to black people the boss should train ur staffing to treat every body equally when we come there is not for free we pay our money.

I’ve been a customer since 2013! Ever since the owners son took over! The maintenance of all Dryers/ Washers/ Bathroom is absolutely terrible! I hope to see a change soon.

NEVER.EVER.USE this place. I came back to use their service about a month and first time back found out that the owner, the kind gentleman, had passed away. My first pickup was a challenge but the employee had “legitimate” reasons. Second pick up, same excuse. Third pick up- can’t find my close. Suppose to have been complete on Tuesday, the 14th. However, I left it to Friday (yesterday) to pick up. I received no calls that my close will not be ready. The employee from last night couldn’t help me even though she tried. I am now sitting in front the dry cleaner along with another dissatisfied customer waiting for it to open. It is now 8:25am and whoever is suppose to open is very late.

Ok, leaving old review and changing. This place is not that bad. I finally met and talked to the two ladies who are running the place today. The store was closed for a holiday that I was unaware of, and then got closed because of an unexpected death of family/friend.
The place is undergoing some renovations to make everything nicer for everybody who is using it.
Yeah… definitely do not go here. As if that is even an option because I think they are closed. They took my clothes said they would call me when they were done and then they have been closed for four days now.
