Parking is usually decent and easy to find, even on busy days, with bountiful lots and street spots. Great vibe, convenient off I-405, perfect for shopping, dining, or catching a movie. “Had a company lunch meeting at L&L Hawaiian BBQ. The food was really good. The plaza is very busy, and if you're driving, watch out for cars. It's not a bad layout. However, it is connected to other shops and businesses. This causes a lot of "shortcut" traffic.”
“It has a lot of great stores all right there. The only problem is the parking, which is designed crazy. Poor aisles, angles, and small spaces make for grumpy drivers.”
“Stores, Fitness Center, and a few Restaurants. Literally, everything here except a grocery store. From Barber shop to Beauty care, gifts, clothing, etc.The only issue is the parking lot. There is plenty of parking, but the access road in between can get congested.”

“This is an easy place to spend a lot of time in. H-Mart and Barnes & Noble are my favorite spots in Pavilions Centre, but there's a large variety of different shops and services here and many, many places for food and refreshments. Parking is always available but be mindful that it is a busy area from car and pedestrian traffic.”

“Why did they build that coffee shop there? Who goes to that coffee shop? Why?Hong Kong Market, and Ace are awesome. If I had dry cleaning I'm sure the cleaner in the lot is the place to go. Jersey's is not a friendly neighborhood bar as much as I would like it to be.”
“Went to Turkish Bakery and Deli. Real clean. Excelent coffee, baklava, and other deserts and coffee, all reasonably priced. The gal who waited on us was sweet, kind, and knowledgeable.”

“I visited this great store today for a quick snack while I was working near here. And had excellent service. I have to give a shout out to the guys making the hot food in the back. I got a sambusa with a fry bread (i believe) with a chicken leg kicker. It was delicious.And don't forget to try the hot sauce it matches the food perfectly.Great job guys ????”
