That being said Wednesday when we went in looking for a big area run for our living room we just re did we found the perfect one. The outstanding customer service started we were helped by I think the Store Manager Vanessa? I can’t remember their name but let me tell you they are amazing! Thank you and the whole team at Habitat for always making us feel welcome in the store and for the outstanding customer service you provide. The new carpet looks amazing in our living room!”

“Value Village is my go-to thrift store when I'm actually looking for something, especially shoes and clothing. Prices are reasonable, and cashiers are happy to make corrections when necessary. Overall, this is one of the best thrift stores I visit on a regular basis. My only complaints are these: There is only self checkout most of the time, but the attendants are on top of things. When it's close to closing time, they make it clear you are an annoyance, and they want you to leave now, even when you're keeping track of time. I had just looked at my watch, saw the store closed in 5 minutes, and then told my husband and son we needed to wrap things up when someone came by and told us the store was closed. 🙄 I am a responsible adult and I can tell time. I don't need a teenager to gaslight me into leaving.”

“I've Found books, DVDs, VHS, Bluerays new and pre-owned, antiques, vintage items and other cool stuff. The outlet gets packed with clothes and sneaker resellers.The staff is ok some of them are nice some are just there to work, they do what they can. I visit both the outlet and the store next door once in a while, the outlet you get cheaper prices items in bins and at the store more selected items more pricey.”

“Update Sept 2024- Just scored a simple, sparkling fall wreath for under 10 bucks and since its plastic, I'm not too concerned about the weather damaging it. At this price, it's so worth it even if the weather breaks it! Great costumes and other decor for a variety of tastes! The staff is friendly and helpful, from giving me feedback about my outfit choices to watching my backpack while I was in the fitting room, they are amazing!”

This incredible new friend, Sashi, rolled out bin after bin after bin, with a smile on his face and joy in his heart. His aura was warm and kind. The interaction we shared made my entire day so much brighter just by him being himself.”

“This location is great and has a large selection of secondhand clothing. The only issue I really have with this location is that instead of grouping the clothing selection by style and size, they have everything together by color and then by style which can make finding the correct size you may be looking for, difficult to find. They had the right idea as far as displaying the shoes and womans bags which are in abundance and reasonably priced as well. Overall this is one of the better Goodwill locations in the greater Tacoma area in my opinion .”
