Spoke to a gentleman as he was leaving the men's room at the Safeway that he should wash his hands after leaving the urinal and he refused to and I noted his badge and I asked him if he worked in the story said he worked at the bank so I went to the bank to complain to the manager turns out the guy that wouldn't wash his hands with was the manager. Not exactly professional

I love this location the staff are so freaking awesome and cool. It’s family place and love it anyone who’s the staff are rude. I’ve seen the customers that come there and THEY are very rude. Keep up the great work guys.

I love the tellers . I'm reading some of the reviews and I have never been spoken to rude nor have heard them speak rude to customers. I have recently moved and I live in a different town and I still drive to bank there. Other branches are not as friendly nor as welcoming . Keep up the good work everyone.

Pedro was rude and condescending today.I had a check to cash that was written on his bank.He said there would be a $7.00 charge to cash the ckeck.I reminded him the check was written on his bank and the person who wrote the check has an account with his.bank.

They are great people and always very nice. It's reassuring to know that they are open 7 days a week. I will most likely open additional accounts and will go here even though it's a branch in Safeway, being personable and being treated with respect is why versus going to a stand-alone branch.
