DO NOT Park your car VALUE INN Airport Parking. The staff parks it for you in their back chained off area. They are the only people who go in the lot so no one but an employee could cause the big dent. So far they are no help. Yes, I did file a police report. Accidents happen but a business should take responsibility and at least get back to you.Noteworthy details: They will damage your car and then ignore you.

This motel is no frills, but it's clean, owners are friendly and helpful. You are near the airport, so expect some air traffic.

We stayed here just for an overnight before an early flight. Motels get a bad rap, but this one was actually pretty great in a lot of ways. The staff was friendly and helpful and I was pleased with how clean the little check in room was and the outside as well. Beds are on the softer side which I LOVED, since mattresses in hotels tend to be a little bit too hard for me. The bathroom had some damage, plaster falling off the wall above the tub. The lighting was pretty bad, with different temperatures in the fixtures and them only one lamp by the bed. The built in furniture has seen far better days and there were stains on the chairs. However, it was clean and not musty or moldy, and that’s what counts the most! You can easily walk to a nearby business to grab something to eat, relax with a drink, or grab an essential or two that you may need for your travels. We also used their shuttle, which starts at 3am. It’s a short drive to the airport so it really helps to relieve the stress of catching a flight.TIPS:- These rooms are truly bare bones. I wouldn’t choose to stay here if it wasn’t just for an overnight but only because it’s really built for exactly that purpose.- The shuttle IS NOT FREE! They charge $7.- The TVs are tiny and bolted down, which is only an issue because you can’t move it in order to see it easier from the bed.- Make sure you have chargers that are long enough if you like to have your phone close by your bed. I had a 6ft one that was long enough, but the outlet was far from the bed.- There is a mini fridge for you to use!- ACCESSIBILITY: There is not an elevator to get to the second floor, so make sure you get a ground floor room if stairs are at all an issue!Food & drinks: Don’t miss out on Tandoori Pizza, which is just a short walk away!!

The only thing I can say positive is that bed was comfortable and the sheets were fresh and clean. My room had very dated furniture that should have donated to Goodwill years ago with stains in the cloth on both chairs. Air conditioner was ancient some of the vents on it were a little less than usable apparently it had been broken and repaired numerous times but not with a quality repair that would last so gravity kept the air vents in down position impeding air flow. I employed my own vent repair with plastic silverware and MacGyver ingenuity to get the air to circulate better and cool the room. The sheets were fresh and clean. You want to sleep? Good luck with that since this located on busy state highway and traffic starts early about 3:00 AM in the morning. It had comfortable bed with clean sheets. If you need a place close to SEATAC International for late night arrivals or early morning departures I can recommend staying at The Sleep Inn for an additional $20 but definitely not here!

Affordable, clean and comfortable. Very close to the airport. Honestly one of the best hotel beds I've slept on. Only downside being it's right off the road, so it gets loud in the morning.

We had to make quick plans. Just not a place I would have stayed if I wasn't in a jam. Nice

The air conditioning did not work nor was there a microwave or a refrigerator in my room despite the fact that there was supposed to be. The Wi-Fi never worked. The room was noisy because of the neighbors and the afternoon and evening workers did not care and the management's response to complaints made was to simply kick the guests out of their rooms.

Well kept older motel with uncomfortable beds close to a noisy roadway. Breakfast was a joke. The gentleman that takes you to the airport is a gem. Can't thank him enough. Would not ever stay there again.

My sister and I booked here for three nights. Overall it was pleasant and staff were very helpful. Hotel has a bus that can transport you to and from the airport. We did not have any complaints. There is a lot of noise during the nighttime with people driving and the airplanes but we are used to that. I would suggest bringing headphones or playing ambient music if it becomes bothersome. Would book again.

Refused today's special rate since reservation made in advance but only paid today! Room clean except for phone mouthpiece, tv works but chairs had cigarette burns (supposedly it's a non-smoking room). No water in room, just soda, water and junk food for sale in office. The clerk's attitude was not focused on helping, just explaining the rules. I'm here for the early shuttle which I pray will not be another disappointment. Not a place I will ever book again.

After making a reservation I arrived with my DOT registered service dog to park my car and fly the next morning. When I arrived the clerk kept me there for 3 hours as I continued to get documentation for my dog, which I did. Service dogs require official DOT certification to be able to fly and my dog has that but the clerk claims there is some government agency that she has to verify the animal through. There is no such agency and it is against ADA regulations to even ask for such a thing. I am an 80 year old person with a severe disability and their refusal to honor my reservation has cost me dearly. On a separate note there was a disgusting person who may have been an employee leaning over the railing vomiting. I would never stay in this place regardless of the circumstances.

Simply put: don't stay hereThe owner is the slowest person I have ever seen. It took 90 minutes to get me kind of properly checked in. 20 minutes of which I spent out in the cold at midnight. I understand the need for security but then you just need to be faster and you need to care for your customers. Internet never really worked and the owner didn't seem to care. I was in transit for 10 hours at SEA and wanted to get some work done. Lost basically all of that time and got no work done. 100 dollars wasted. No instructions for the shuttle were provided so I wasted another 20 dollars on Uber. There is absolutely nothing in the area so I was only able to eat once I was back at the airport.Rooms: Noisy rooms right next to the street.Walkability: Nothing around. Safe to walk according to the owner.

Headboard kept falling off the bed, the table legs were about to bust, dirty cups left in room, so noisy we couldn't get any sleep, asked for extra blanket and was given one with holes in it. The heater didn't work. sink wouldn't drain, bad TV reception. Plane runway across the street= engine noise all day plus highway roar outside your door.Pro: lots of hot water from shower head (more like a hose nozzle), friendly staff. Designated smoking section.Safety: I would not leave my door unlocked for a second or walk on the sidewalk with my husband. Seedy area & Sketchy bus stop out front.

Simply put...STAY AWAY!! The staff is incredibly rude, the guyb with big mutton chops was as rude s they come. Our brand new vehicle was left there for week and hd scratches down one side and the rear bumper haad been damaged. The car was PERECT when we left it there, it is brand new !! And you have zero recourse, ll they say is we have no reponsibility for it. Another guest i met leaving that morning had the whole side of his van wiped out from front fender to rear fender...... thousands in damage and again.....no recourse. Its not worth saving a few dollars for the risk. The chance your vehicle will be damaged is significant. If you have an old beater you dont care about and don/t mind being treated poorly, then sure, go ahead and stay, but the next time I fly out of SeaTac I will definately being staying elsewhere. Absolutelutely terrible business,,,,,,,,,,STAY AWAY. I'm so choked about the damage to our new car........
