I buy bronkaid for my neighbor and with the fires and the smoke she needs it. Every g********* time I go they tell me their system is down, today was the topper. They rang it up the pharmacist/ cashier didn't know what she was doing. Somehow something went wrong, ask the supervisor so they proceeded to ring it up again ok but since its a controlled substance it wouldn't ring up because there is a limit of the 2 boxes i believe, so I get the canned excuse that the systems down, funny been to all Walgreens in my neighborhood this is the only location this happens at. Don't go here. They suck. I've seen druggies shooting up in their back parking lot every time I go I feel unsafe.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. They can't keep enough people on staff to stay open on a regular basis. They never once had my prescriptions ready on time. They flat out refuse to answer the phone. It's just a mess. I highly suggest avoiding this place at all costs.

Got here a little bit before they closed to pick up some personal items and they were already shut and a security guard was shaking her head no I can't come inUpdate your hours if you aren't going to be open

On hold on the phone for over 45min being 3rd in line about RX is unacceptable. Time sensitive RX is not filled in a timely manner, and because they did not answer their phone it was impossible to transfer the RX to another pharmacy. Definitely will never use it again.

When it takes over an hour to get someone to pick up the phone and you have to babysit any Schedule II prescriptions instead of them filling them automatically when it's 30 days after the last one is picked up, it's a nightmare dealing with their pharmacy these days. They used to be on top of things and I never had to worry about getting my ADHD prescriptions filled timely WITHOUT a phone call from me, but in the past 6 months, that has been nonexistent. Since I'm stuck with Walgreens, or I have to pay an additional 10% coinsurance, I'll go to the one on 132nd in Kent. This one is plain HORRIBLE.

Very unprofessional staff, lack of explaining situations, easy get mad and he claimed that he is a manager when I'm asking to talk to someone higher than him to get better explain why I can't pay for the medicine by myself , he told me go to Safeway or Cosco , and will transfer my prescription there, I'm waiting in Safeway for long time and no transfer for them to give me my prescription when I'm very sick and can't wait long time . Very bad experience with them. Hope they are close soon !

I've been on the same prescriptions for over a decade and use them responsibly for symptom management. I'm also in Healthcare and understand the side effects, risks and warnings associated with certain medication. My doctor has had me on the same treatment plan, unchanged for over a decade. This month, yet another new pharmacist was behind the counter. (the 3rd new one in 2 weeks). When I dropped off my prescription the tech eyeballed me and went to the pharmacist to whisper something (?) Then he came to the counter and handed the script back to me saying there was no ICD 10 code on it. ( he doesn't know I'm a healthcare provider) I pointed to the ICD 10 code written across the top as it always is and said "you mean this one?". He then shrugged his shoulders and said that Tylenol with Codeine cannot be written as "T#3" and that he's refusing to fill it. Of course, that isn't true but I thought maybe he just graduated? Not from the US? Something to give him the benefit of the doubt. So, I drove to the doctors office and had her write "APAP w/ Codeine". Returning to the pharmacy he then accepted it but said "your wait time will be two hours". Huh. Weird, because the next 7 patrons behind me, he said "your wait time is 15-20". Also note: He wasn't wearing a name badge and neither was his tech. Something is fishy about this guy. Please be careful when filling here. Check your pills, dosage, number dispensed etc. if you have any "gut" feelings that something is off. It probably is.

We got a hater here who dislikes When people use coupons her name was emerald Esmeralda whatever her name is. I've always used coupons at this location and she told me I wasn't allowed to use more than one coupon that they limited to one coupon per day per customer. I asked to speak to store manager she told me that they wouldn't be in til Monday.I went in the next day to coupon again and the girl who works in the mornings who's older told me that's not true that we're not allowed to use multiple coupons on one item but was allowed to use however many I wanted for different items as long as it wasn't for the same item or a Catalina etc.

Pharmacy is always slow. Terrible service. I have to at wait at least 10 minutes just for someone to even acknowledgme me. Get more staff. You suck

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! Pharmacy is AWFUL! Waited in the drive-through line for nearly THIRTY minutes with 1 car ahead of us. They had at least 3 tech's I could see & not ONE acknowledged us! My husband finally rang the bell and the pharmacist said there were other people ahead of us (inside. They probably got tired of waiting in the drive-thru). So why not put a sign on the window or temporarily close drive-thru so they can get caught up?! SOME sort of communication would have been nice, but to sit there for SO long with no acknowledgement when you're already feeling miserable?! RIDICULOUS & UNACCEPTABLE. I will NEVER spend my money here AGAIN!

Customer service attendant that picks up the phone is untrustworthy. Talk to a manager. Called ahead to make sure there was a person able to take passport photos. Got to the store another attendant said the kiosk had been broken for two days.

I came in and the lady started asking me if I logged in on the computer already but couldnt explain to me what she ment. Then she didnt have eniugh in her till so she asked a manager which said let her look at something but continued to have me standing there waiting for 30 minutes while she continued doing whatever i was she was doing. I had probably like 20 minutes till other WU closed so I left with out them helping me at all... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULDNT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY OF THEIR SERVICES AT ALL....!!

The cashier was surprisingly unhelpful and rude. I anticipated a digital coupon to apply and all I did was try to ask for clarification on my transaction since I could not see the large screen. She could not really tell me why the coupon did not go through, which I could not blame her for but I didn't appreciate the clearly made up reason she tried to give me. I did not demand that the coupons be applied, instead politely asked to have the item removed. She was clearly annoyed by that and made it clear with her manners and mumbling under her breath. The manager cleared it but it was the same price without the item so I asked her to just go ahead and add it, clearly even more annoyed with me, she refused stating that she could not add more items to the transaction after I had submitted my rewards number. I decided to not bother her anymore, thanked her for her help and decided to leave. I then went to another Walgreens where the worker took the time to make sure that I was getting the correct pricing. He was absolutely helpful and nice and did not seemed bothered by me asking to see if the digital coupons went through. He had no problem adding items after I had put in my rewards number.

I like this store. Lots and lots of great stuff! Have never had any problem there, but has a bad name for safety. Sad the druggies have to ruin the name of a great store! We will come until we don't feel safe!
