Joana is such a sweetheart! She was really supportive over the entire process when I went in for a prepaid plan. I would highly suggest requesting for her!

Joanna was able to get my Mother’s phone working, even though the phone/ service was not through UScellular. 2 trips to the phone store in Mattawa & I was told the technician was on vacation, come back sometime when the technician was back :(
