The WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN ELLENSBURG!!! and I have lived here 50 Years.. The um.. "manager" {laughs} ADAM and his "employee" as he called her is a LIAR!!! .. I bought a bundle 3 weeks ago. the girl DID NOT GIVE ME MY CHARGER or even my fucking bag!! waited 1 week with her saying "I called the person who "took" your bag and we are waiting for "him" to call back" SO I waited another week and called. again I got this "employee" again. She told me " IF this "guy" DOESN'T calls WE WILL GIVE YOU A CHARGER!" I went back today, {AFTER ANOTHER WEEK} They DID NOT give me a charger! BUT what I did get was INSULTED, AND TREATED WORSE THAN SHIT. ADAM THE "MANAGER" and man am I using this term LOOSELY. This ADAM was a MEAN ASSHOLE!! and so so SOOOOO FUCKING RUDE!! This is just the first review that WE are putting out.. the insults were he waved his hand in front of his face INSINUATING that I had bad breath {NO it was Minty fresh!!} he called me "fat" "old" "STUPID" and Threatened to call the police on me!! There is more But this is a start!!

I have the prepay plan. Went in for my upgrade. When asked about upgrades i was told it only included screen savers and cases. We talked about this while being showed high dollar phones. Needless to say i walked out. I called us cellular and i was told i could get phone X for $54 that was normally $150. This was what i had expected when i walked into the store. I went back to tell her about it so she would know for future customers. The gal looked at me and said "So". I think they knew and were lying.If you have a prepay call UScellular. Don't do business with these folks. I live in Ephrata whichis an hour drive one way. It was disappointing.

I like the service and everything but I feel like they could do better!.. example like when there's a big line all the way too the door.. I feel like they should ask customers whos there's just too pay their phone bill that way their out there faster!!!
