Their customer service really sets them apart. I had brakes done within the warranty period and they replaced all four with zero hassle and no charge. Later, I had a brake line issue that I expected to cost hundreds, and they fixed it the same day at no charge.

We didn’t know anyone in the area, but Mission Creek was the closest auto body shop to us. After the owner and his son learned that it was our only car, they quickly got the new part installed and fixed her door so she could drive her truck safely. “After stopping in Cashmere for a quick lunch today, we noticed our car was shaking and shimmying like crazy on Highway 2. We had just had the tires rotated the day before (on the vehicle with only 41,000 miles on it). That shop also had given the sedan a 50 point check up, and it was was given a clean bill of health. We weren't sure what to do. That's when we found Zavala's Auto Repair online... and it was just two miles from where we were on Highway 2. When we got there, we've found two young gentlemen working under the hood of a vehicle. I told them what had happened and asked if they might possibly check the lug nuts, wondering if some loose lug nuts might be the problem. They instantly stopped what they were doing, gently jacked up the car with my elderly mother-in-law still inside :-), and inspected the brakes as well as re-torquing the lug nuts. Talk about amazing service! We really appreciated how they helped us in a time of need, and assured us that things looked AOK. We ultimately decided it must be an issue with the tire balancing, and that somewhere along the way, we lost some of the balance weights. We were able to make it back to the Seattle area perfectly fine - the vehicle is now back at the original shop and they're taking a second look tomorrow. Thank you Zavala Auto Repair gentleman for helping put our minds at ease and saving the day. You didn't have to interrupt your day and workflow to help us at all, but you did - and at NO charge! Truly amazing and very much appreciated!”

They put a patch inside and repaired it.
