My husband and I were involved in an accident near Leavenworth on a Sunday evening and had our vehicle towed to Interstate Autobody. Larry was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. He patiently guided us through the after-hours drop-off process and made a stressful situation much easier to handle.
Since we had to return to Seattle the next day, Larry inspected the vehicle, test drove it, and kept us informed remotely. He took the time to answer all of our questions honestly and never tried to sell us repairs we didn’t need. In fact, he didn’t charge us anything for his inspection and advice.
Larry is honest, professional, and genuinely cares about helping people. It’s rare to find this level of integrity and customer service these days. We are incredibly grateful for his help and would highly recommend Interstate Autobody to anyone in the area.”

“Jared rebuilt the differential in my 2007 Ford Ranger. He quoted me a price sight unseen and of course said it could be more or less once he opens it up. He called when he had it apart and told me what parts he considered good. This saved me several hundreds of dollars. I also had a seal leaking and assumed it would need new brakes, and if you did one you need to do both. But he said they weren't bad and he would clean them up and see. The shoes cleaned up enough so they didn't need replacing. Also saving me money. It's nice to work with honest people. Great place to get your work done.”

He got us in, he had went to Wenatchee to get Dodge parts,(2 hours) and got it all repaired by 7pm that night. Truly appreciate your expertise and patience getting us back on the road.”

“*Amazing* service! During just the second day of moving into town, my sister’s driver side door was badly damaged. We didn’t know anyone in the area, but Mission Creek was the closest auto body shop to us. After the owner and his son learned that it was our only car, they quickly got the new part installed and fixed her door so she could drive her truck safely. It was a very stressful week, but the Mission Creek team went above and beyond to help us. Should we ever need auto repair services again, we are absolutely coming back here.”

“Wonderful. We had an emergency flat tire and luckily Kevin’s Tires were the closest to us and we were able to make it. They took care of us and we were in and out within 30 minutes with new tires. Amazing prices. Cannot recommend enough”
