Jonathan helped get our truck battery started so we could get on the road. It took 3 power packs so even though he only had 2 he called another of their fleet to help. Friendly driver that talked to both my husband and myself. Highly recommend!

Owen was really great. I was stuck on the side of the road in pitch black darkness. He kept me updated on his ETA, quickly assessed the situation, and calmly got my car free. He was also pretty quick to arrive. Really appreciate it!

Cameron from Mountain Highway Towing was a godsend on Sunday when I thought I had dropped my car key on the Snow Lakes trail and didn't know until I returned back to my car parked at the trailhead. Cameron was incredibly communicative, letting me know when he would arrive, how he would be getting the car out of the parking spot, when the car was parked safely back at the shop, etc.-- he was tasked with towing the car all the way back to Seattle and while he wasn't able to do it on the same day, he was willing to wake up at 4 o'clock in the morning to get the car back to me in time for me to get to work on time. When I ended up finding the key under the seat of my hiking partner's vehicle, I was able to contact Cameron again to ask if I can pick up the car from the shop, where I found him washing the tow truck he had just used. In a world where many businesses and employees are just fine doing the bare minimum, it was wonderful to find someone who went above and beyond to make an otherwise extremely stressful situation so much easier to navigate. Thank you Cameron!

It pays to tow local!I prit near drove an F-250 Transit connect (U-Haul, bald tires) off my own driveway trying to get up after 2 days of rain. Not only did Jamie pull me back onto the road (a 2-minute job with a Dually 4WD Towtruck), he mud-dogged it the rest of the way up my primitive, clay, 20-degree slope. Saved me probably $100 plus the ire of my erstwhile wife. Call these boys first!Did I say it pays to tow local?

These guys are the best, they go above and beyond, I’ve used them for many years, they have helped me in family emergencies when my wife wrecked 4 hours away, to my grand parents needing help in town, 12/10, and recently even better with the new manager Jamie, amazing service

Great service, My car got a stick through the radiator. This towing company sent out a truck asap and had my car on a trailer less than 30 minutes after the phone call. Owen was the operator on call and did well with my car (being that it’s modified) no damage or even scraping my bumper. 10/5 service.

If you ever get picked up from a fairly heavy set guy with beard with license plate D35683B run. He is very unprofessional and drives like a mad man. I would rather have Stevie Wonder tow me

Didn’t get a tow but witnessed one of there drivers driving erratically in a residential area and almost hit me and then hoped into his work tow truck . If someone drives there personal car that reckless no way I want them towing me .

Did a dumb thing and got stuck in some snow / ice somewhere pretty remote. My credit card roadside service screwed me over and wanted $1500 and for me to wait over 2 hours in the cold with some nameless company. Called around and found Mountain Highway Towing. They were super fast, friendly, and above all else did an exceptional job getting my wife and I out of a very tough spot. On top of that they were super cheap. Hopefully I don't have to use them again but I would definitely recommend them.

They were EXTREMELY friendly and did not make us feel bad at all for getting stuck in an area we probably should have known wouldn't be good. They were quick and reasonable. Told us the pricing up front and had us out and done within 1 hour. Would highly recommend

Got stuck in some mud and used my SOS button in my car to get some roadside help. They showed up within 20-30 minutes, took extra care to pull me out, and we all had a good laugh about it. Super grateful to them for their work!

I never write reviews, but the more I think about it, I think this deserves one. The driver happened along an accident I was involved in. He stuck around, was friendly, talked to police. I heard and saw a police officer tell him "This is insurance" - twice! He eventually hooked onto my front bumper to pull it away from my tire so that I could maybe drive my vehicle. I was so appreciative I handed him $40 cash just as a thank you (because there was no charge). He said to feel free to call him back if I had any trouble. So when I tried to drive away pulling my attached horse trailer my tie rod broke. I had to call for help again. I called police to come back and direct traffic and asked them to call the same guy that had just been there because he said to call him back if I had any trouble and I wanted to give him the job. When he came back he had an entirely different attitude and was actually pretty rude to me. I heard him tell an officer that he had just gotten home and ordered a pizza and was going to "watch the game" when he got the call. If he didn't want to take the call, I wish he would have just said so. When we get to my property to drop the horse trailer he dropped it so fast that I couldn't get over there to put a block under the jack and post. I'd just had dirt work done on the property and the ground was obviously very soft. So then I had to hire someone to come out and jack up the trailer so I could move it. When we got to the mechanic's shop to drop my truck he told me the cost. I said, "Can you bill the insurance?" "Nope, we don't do that." Considering I heard an officer tell him twice this was insurance, it seems pretty disingenuous to me to wait until the job is finished to break it to me that he wanted cash right then and wouldn't bill insurance. My insurance company, State Farm, later confirmed that this is the only company in the area that refuses to bill insurance. This is the last tow company I will ever call again.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how wonderful this company is. Damian jumped my husbands truck this evening after it randomly died at the gas station on his way home from a very long week of hunting. When I first called he was extremely professional and patient.
