Quality is OK, but enormously overpriced. The older man that usually answers the phone and works the desk has a major attitude problem. Avoid if you can - it's just not worth it.

If I could give zero stars I would. One of the males that works here toss my items on the counter at me. And misspelled the name and refused to fix it. Very unprofessional. Will not recommend.

Messed up my order completely.... Waited 30 minutes for them to fix it. Noticed scratches in the plaque after I left. Workers (production crew) need to slow down and be retrained in their technical field and in customer service. I will not returned, to use their services. I recommend warrior society in Lakewood or Tacoma Trophy.

Quality of work is fine but they are clearly understaffed, especially during PCS season. Picked up plaques that had minor errors but nothing substantial. Instead of apologizing, employee Shelly (spelling?) offers a piece of candy to compensate. Pretty insulting to a paying customer. Overall, it’s great this business is convenient on post but I’m not going to spend my hard earned cash here again.

Helpfull with anything they make the pictures and everything. Afordable compafed to off post places. And create beautiful plaques.
