My experience was the exact opposite of everyone else's: easy online reservation, pickup was quick and easy, and they offered to keep my car in the back lot in case I needed the rental overnight. Crystal was an absolute gem. My only issue was a hand truck not being included (I forgot to double check), but the charge was removed once they were notified.”
