“Had to move some furniture and was turned away THREE times but other U-Haul rental places. I was so frustrated and overwhelmed. “Jason and Ashley are amazing! I ordered a 10 foot truck and ran into trouble with my piano and they quickly switched it out for a 15 foot truck due to the 10 foot truck not having a ramp. They are amazing and this is the best U-Haul Company I have ever used. It is worth a drive across town to come to this location!”

Penske Truck Rental
7647 Betti Ln NE, Lacey WA 98516
“I just had a great visit at this location. I was in looking for a truck with an out of state resident footing the bill. What should have been a 15 min turned into an hr trying to get the payment to go through. Matthew was very patient as we juggled this mess and helped make it less stressful. I would absolutely recommend this location for provided services.”

Budget Truck Rental
5124 74th St W, Lakewood WA 98499
“Whoa. My experience was the exact opposite of everyone else's: easy online reservation, pickup was quick and easy, and they offered to keep my car in the back lot in case I needed the rental overnight. Crystal was an absolute gem. My only issue was a hand truck not being included (I forgot to double check), but the charge was removed once they were notified.”
