If I could put no stars I would. I wish the world would stop using FEDEX because they are absolutely worthless when it comes to shipping. Whether it is lost packages or unable to meet delivery dates or awful customer service.
Our delivery came while we were not home and FEDEX failed to inform us that a signature was required for the purchase until we called them asking why it had not been delivered. When we called them they told us they would not be able to deliver through the weekend when I know for a fact they deliver on Saturday. We then asked if we could pick it up and they told us the facility was closed on Saturday but their hours say they are open until 2pm on Saturday. After multiple conversations with different people they then informed us that they couldn't give us our package because it was locked in a trailer and they didnt have a key to retrieve it. The entire conversation was a rodeo. I have never witnessed such poor Quality Assurance within a company. Note to self. NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN!!!!

Zero Stars. I honestly don’t understand how FedEx is still operating given their consistent failure to deliver packages. Every single time a shipment is routed through them, it never arrives at my door. Whether it’s due to negligence, incompetence, or something worse, the end result is always the same—no delivery. This is not an isolated incident; it happens every time, which suggests a serious and ongoing problem. FedEx headquarters needs to investigate and shut this location down. I strongly wish more shippers would stop using FedEx altogether—it’s nothing but a waste of time and money.

I called FedEx HQ and they informed me that my shipment was on a truck. My tracking info said it wasn’t. Of course they didn’t understand me due to a language barrier. I tried calling FedEx DuPont and was hung up on. I have been waiting for days. Unacceptable and unprofessional.
EDIT: they contacted me with updated shipping info. If they deliver by Monday the 22nd I’ll change the rating to 5 stars.

Waiting for Husband's Chemotherapy medicine, we receive every month, same routine. Wait all day as usual, big glass door looks out onto the driveway. No driver, No Tag, No one showed up. But I received notice that they tried to deliver, I need to leave my signature on the tag driver left. I can deal with driver issues, but I will not tolerate the lies. No driver came near my drive or doorway. There is no tag! No body came! So we go through this tomorrow. What happens tomorrow? Are they going to try this again? Chemotherapy medicine is being delivered, have a heart.

Absolutely Unacceptable – FedEx DuPont, WA
If I could leave zero stars, I would. I paid for overnight delivery for a perishable Mother’s Day gift, and FedEx failed to deliver—literally. The driver claimed they couldn’t access the gated community, yet there’s a large, clear sign on the gate panel with instructions: “For deliveries, dial this code.” Instead of taking five seconds to follow basic directions, they drove off and marked it as an attempted delivery. Lazy and inexcusable.
I contacted customer service and was told the package would be re-delivered. Spoiler alert: the DuPont FedEx station never followed through. Now the perishable item is likely spoiled, and my mother’s gift is ruined. Instead of celebrating, I’m spending the week chasing down FedEx and coordinating with the sender for a replacement.
This location should be embarrassed. FedEx promises reliable service but clearly doesn’t care about time-sensitive deliveries. Do better. This kind of disregard for customers is why people are switching to competitors who actually deliver.

Believe the reviews! Here is my situation:
I had an order out for delivery to my subdivision in Spanaway Washington on 02/19/2025. FedEx online said drivers name is MICHEAL.
I work remotely from home and i have both the ring camera on front door and Roku cameras in windows of my home. I offered this camera footage to over 30 FedEx customer service reps
Here is the timeline of this disaster:
2-19-2025: package out for delivery
2-19-2025: i check at 3:30 pm to refresh my phone screen on FedEx to see that it’s still out for delivery , online tracking shows package is still out for delivery.
2-19-2025: 3:46 pm, online FedEx tracking says “package signed for by M.Marcel. I panicked and called FedEx immediately, i begged them to call “Micheal” the driver, to see if he could simply turn around and retrieve package from the address he dropped it off too. I immediately spoke with The FedEx claims team and they submitted a claim by 4:20 pm, literally right after my package was delivered to wrong address,
2-19-2025 to 3-4-2025: i called every single day offering ring camera footage because FedEx stated that they dropped my package to me. I requested proof of delivery and they wouldn’t provide anything , not even photo of signature, there was no photo proof online at FedEx.com.
I asked FedEx to compare the location of the signature of my page to all of my previous packages that myself and husband received to our house, FedEx refused to compare and contrast the location of my signature required packages to this lost package that was signed for by M. Marcel.
03-06-2025 i made formal complaint and requested that a station manager call me for the dupoint location. The FedEx people stated that someone is required to call me back within 24 hrs……. NO ONE CALLED ME.
Here is my point! The driver Micheal dropped my package off to the wrong address and even allowed an “m.marcel” or themselves to sign for my package. They’ve dogged me and the shipping company!
I have a sick 5 year old who takes meds which are delivered twice a month through FedEx express.
I AM DEMANDING that they DO NOT ALLOW this Micheal to deliver any more of our packages to our address. What if this Micheal delivers our son’s meds to the wrong house ??? They are life saving seizure meds!
I will be looking to sue the direct manager if i see this guy delivering any of our packages.
My sons life depending on this seizure medication. We aren’t willing to risk having this driver deliver with the potential of him sending it to the wrong house.

Just as the other reviews said, once your packages go through the DuPont WA locations you’re most likely not getting it. My package is somehow on another vehicles but driver said it was on his manifest but not in the truck. This happened two days in a row. Probably never gonna get it

Worst shipping and receiving Location ever, if your package has to travel through DuPont just know your package is never arriving. The 2 day free shipping is just asking for your product to be stolen. My address and everything was changed/ delayed and the tracking shows everywhere else my package traveled to was fine, but once it got to DuPont they never even tried to come to my door went to every neighborhood around my place to the point I wanted to drive and intercept the truck for my package, but now my package is lost in transit. They also won’t let you pick up your package ect… horrible experience definitely will request everything to be shipped UPS because atleast you can intercept the driver to pick up your own package with photo i.d ect.. tracking #

Fedex lost my package that costs about 1200 dollars and they only reimbursed me 100 bucks. It took over two months for them to get back to me. Obviously it was stolen, I was told by multiple colleagues who have had issues with fedex had similar experiences. Will never work with fedex ever again.

I ordered something off of eBay and it was sent here. This was the last stop for the package. This time it didn’t sit in the warehouse for 3 days. That’s a first for FedEx. 5 stars.
