“THEY ADVERTISED A SPECIAL OFFER. THEY REQUIRED A SERVICE TEST WHICH DID CAUSE A DELAY BUT THE TECHNICIAN WAS PROFICIENT AND SUGGESTED A CHANGE FOR A CHARGE AND PERFORMED NECESSARY FIXES WHICH I FEEL MADE OUR SYSTEM SAFER. PRODUCT WAS THEN DELIVERED RIGHT AWAY AT THE PROMISED PRICE. GREAT!”
