I had a couple basic questions about replacing the spark plug for a non starting honda mower...
I want to draw attention specifically, to Conrad at the customer service desk. He was exceptionally patient with some of my undoubtedly.... beginner level, mechanical questions .
And spent all the time I needed, to better understand why my lawnmower might not be starting...
This really is almost a lost art of customer service... The part where you really listen....and try to help the person solve their problem... at the lowest level.
Another reason I really prefer to shop local in Duvall!

“everybody at this store is super friendly and helpful except for the manager, every time i have interacted with her she talks in a very condescending manner. my trip there today during checkout i tried to use tap to pay and she stared at me while it wasnt working and then just said “it works for everyone else.” before i got out my card. she then asked if i wanted a receipt which i replied yes to. she then said “well its linked to your account so you wont need it for that”. every interaction ive had with her has been like this. and i remain polite every time. she absolutely should not be the manager.”
