“11/10! I was so incredibly impressed with the fixing of my van. They gave me a heads up that it could be up to 2 weeks but they had it done in 4 days. I got several texts and phone calls along the way keeping me in the loop and the more than met my expectations. I also did not expect them to vacuum and wipe down the interior and now I feel bad because there was quite a bit of dog hair in there LOL I would highly recommend everybody uses them I will always look to them for the future if I ever need another car fixed regardless if it is through insurance or not”

“I am one of those guys that always struggles to put on the new windshield wipers each year. Chip helped me pick out the right pair and another nice worker whose name I forget came out in the rain and helped me put them on the right way.

“Nikol and Wahneeta are absolutely amazing! I bought a car battery less than a year ago and it died already. Nikol swapped it out for me under warranty. They both helped uninstall the old battery and the new battery since I had no idea what I was doing with it. The whole time they chatted with me and were incredibly personable! The time it took was well worth it since I got to chat with fun people and have a battery installed! Absolutely recommend this place thanks to them.”

“everybody at this store is super friendly and helpful except for the manager, every time i have interacted with her she talks in a very condescending manner. my trip there today during checkout i tried to use tap to pay and she stared at me while it wasnt working and then just said “it works for everyone else.” before i got out my card. she then asked if i wanted a receipt which i replied yes to. she then said “well its linked to your account so you wont need it for that”. every interaction ive had with her has been like this. and i remain polite every time. she absolutely should not be the manager.”
