B of America's posted business hours online for the Duvall, WA branch are deceitful, keep rolling "open" days forward but really, never open.Who is B of A kidding with their thoughtful response comments, they are evolving into an online service at the expense their pedestrian customers.I live near Duvall and have to travel to Monroe or Woodinville to bank, then wait in long lines at under staffed counters.Yes, time to move business to another bank.

Not happy about business hours. No way to run a bank...3 days a week?! BofA - what is happening with this branch?

Unbelievable how a bank can get away with this, closing during business hours!!! They don't even provide an explanation! I go to make a deposit 2 times in one week and they are closed -both times during the middle of the day! Do yourself a favor and get your money out of this bank. I keep only the bare minimum in there to pay bills. I would not bank there at all if they hadn't bought my mortgage from someone else. Gotta love the banking cartel. If this had happened during the depression there would be a bank run. These guys are on their way out.

I made a deposit with multiple checks involved. The teller counted the number of checks in front of me according to normal procedure to confirm the right number of checks were in the deposit, 13. A week later I received a notice stating Bank of America had corrected my deposit by $238.00. They had lost one of the checks. I called my client to request he check to see if the check had been processed. It had been on the day of my deposit. I called the customer service phone number, wait time 3 hours. Great Service? I tried the local branch number, they don't even answer. When I finally, after 3 hours of waiting got a hold of a real person they said they would resolve the issue in 48 hours. I had the check number, amount, date, and issuing bank. I was told this would make it very easy to fix. It now has been 4 days and still has not been resolved. Customer Service is not something they take as important in this company

I have had a business account since 2008 with BOA and today I attempted to file for a payroll protection loan for my employees. I was informed that they would not file for the loan for any customer unless that customer already had an existing line of credit. I could say a lot here but the bottom line is they will only do loans that they can do quick and make more money for Bank of America. Leave it to a Bank Of America to take advantage of disaster relief fund that was created to help only We The People.

Don't put your retirement money with Bank of America. 18 years ago I opened an IRA there back when the bank branch in Duvall was where Studio Beju is now. I can no longer get any help with my IRA account at the branch and overall the customer service regarding my IRA at Bank of America corporate call in line has been terrible. For these reasons I have been trying to roll over my money from Bank of America to another institution. Three months, many phone calls including conference calls, trips to two branches, and a letter later I still can't get my money. Don't invest with them. When you try to get your money out, you can't. With the COVID19 crisis going on they still are being jerks. Avoid. Worst customer service ever. Unethical.

Super friendly staff. Never long wait times, at least when I go.

The tellers are usually really nice. The biggest problem with this branch is that many times there is a line of 5-6 customers (including me) and there is literally only ONE teller. So, no matter how nice they are the lines are horrible about half the time. Especially if you get the one person doing a cashiers check or a complex transaction. Management needs a better solution. Very tempted to switch everything including our business accounts to a credit union. It seems the banks don't want customers to physically ever walk into a branch again.

If you enjoy a terribly managed bank with 30 min wait times to deposit a check.. This is your bank. Been here 20 times and it's never better.
