We loved to Duvall just about 8 months ago and stumbled on this charming local daycare. I was looking for somewhere that could take in my three babes under five (5, 3.5, 1 - fun!), show them love & fun, and not break the bank - and Braithburn delivered on all of that. They've also shown to be very invested in my children's development - making me feel like i have another partner as we raise our kids and make them into the best humans possible. I'd definitely recommend them as a great daycare

We have two little kids that have attended Braithburn for years for both daycare and the summer camps. The teachers and Management are great, very helpful and kind to the children. They are always having fun doing art projects or activities, and learn new subjects frequently. Any questions we've had they answer very quickly. This is a great place for kids!

Our son has been there for 7 months and everyday he is greeted with so much love! The teachers are amazing and really care for him. When searching for a daycare our biggest fear was finding a place that would love and care for him and Braithburn does just that. At every drop off or pick up the teachers wave and he gives them hugs (which warms my heart). Whenever he is sick or late they check in, if there is ever any incident they report it and let me know about it and they truly try care for my son. He is so happy at every drop off and pick up and I appreciate all the update and pictures they send throughout the week. it gives this worry momma a lot of peace that my son is enjoying his time away from me and cared for

We have had our youngest at Braithburn for almost a year now! His main teachers are wonderful, as well as the other staff. They communicate well, have formed a wonderful relationship with him, and I feel like they truly care and love him! The staff is always so friendly at drop off and pick up, and they always check in when our son is sick or late coming in! We love Braithburn and feel so lucky to have found this daycare!

My kids and I have been very happy with Braithburn. Children get to mingle with kids from different age groups and the teacher are friendly, fun, and communicative.

My daughter has been going to Braithburn for over six months and we love it. The staff is so friendly and caring. I've worked in daycare settings and am constantly impressed with the environment they cultivate for the kiddos. They provide the kids with tons of learning and play opportunities throughout the day.

We have gone to Braithburn for a little over the year. The staff have always been helpful and informative. The tuition cost is lower then other full day daycares in the area. We do have to pack lunch but it goes with that lower cost.

I would give them no stars. Dirty, disorganized, can't even see the floor. Staff yells at the children. I had my son in for a few months and I heard Megan the Director screaming at two boys just for walking into the kitchen. Crying babies left on the floor unattended. So glad we pulled my son out. Very unhappy with this daycare!

My daughter is so happy here! She loves all of her teachers and classmates. The knowledge she brings home is fantastic. It's fun and energetic. I have volunteered to teach ASL (sign language) a few times. It's so easy to see that the kids WANT to learn everything that's offered here. I know it's a good place when they are all so comfortable asking questions. The staff is very helpful and flexible with the schedule we have. Did I mention they're awesome prices? Braithburn Academy has been our go to daycare for 6+ years now. First with my daughter starting at the age of one, and now with our son. The staff here are very attentive and caring. We feel very fortunate to find such a wonderful daycare were our children feel at ease and very happy there. It is truly a great place with exceptional care.

Our child has been attending here for the past 5 years. Mostly during school breaks and summer camp, which she looks forward to seeing friends and staff. The staff are great, friendly, and very accommodating, when I need to bring my child unscheduled. They also went the extra mile to help when Covid-19 happened and my child was attending online lessons. As far as admissions We are grateful and thankful for them.

High staff turnover. I’ve seen employees rotate out every 3 months. Probably due to management.Find another daycare to send your kids to if possible. If not, then keep a close eye on what your kids are saying when they come home. Don’t trust management here. Absolutely heartbreaking place.Note: I see that the academy responded. If they've fixed their problems of yelling / screaming at kids (enough so you can hear it from the buildings down the street), having employee's yell at each other, not having enough staff on call (and high turnover), feeding kids moldy food, talking disrespectful about the children then sure... send your kids there. However unless there has been new management within the last couple of years--I wouldn't. The cheap prices for your daycare might be because of the lack of childhood education from the staff here and only having the legal minimum on site at any given time. You can only assume they're not paying their staff anything above minimum wage. Food for thought.
