I have always had a good experience here and that's why I went today to get a copy of a design I had made for my current screen printing project on to a sheet of screen film that came with the kit. Be aware, they will not accept your paper or film if you take it in without being able to show them what material the paper/film is, apparently they have a very expensive inkjet printer. I left disappointed, came home and was able to print it myself in my cheap inkjet printer so no harm done, just a wasted trip and a somewhat curt lady. I do not know if they have their own inkjet film material, they never offered me one. Remember to take all your packaging and proof of what it is you're brining, otherwise you will be denied service.

DUVALL PRINT AND POST. I always try to support the businesses in my community. I have been extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and unethical way I was treated as a customer at Duvall Print and Post.  I took some of my artwork in to be printed for my mothers birthday in AZ. When I went to pick them up the person that had printed it, had messed up the order. They still charged me full price for prints that are not even usable. They did call me later and offered to reprint them but I was on my way to the airport so it was too late for me to go back in. When I took them back in less than a month later, I was told that the man that printed them no longer work there because he messed everything up.  Picking it up was a mess. Nobody knew what was going on and I had to go in a couple of times. Today I went back in and spoke to the original person I worked with. She definitely had an attitude and blamed everything on me. She said it had been three months. When I looked at my airline tickets I recognized it had been less than a month when I took them back in. She did offered me a 10% discount but said that she would no longer honor the original agreement to reprint. I became frustrated with her making me the bad guy, and said I am done, she then said, so are we. Now they have several prints of my artwork, which I charge for. Additionally, they have my artwork in their computer. Failure to honor a commitment as a business owner and lack of concern for customer service is no way to run a business in a small town. I encourage everyone to find another printer if you currently use them.

Today I had a man answer phone who was totally rude.i asked if they were busy,he said there was people but ok.at first he could not find my account.then I was trying to tell him what I needed.he told me I had to many files and to come in.i told him I always order over the phone for 2 to 3 years.he told me to come in because he had other people.i asked him this to begin with.1 of my files is 1 picture.i should have maybe 8 files.to be fair I always have had good service here.good employees are hard. To find.

I am a local business owner. I needed doorstep fliers. I stopped by and spoke with Brittany, and expressed some urgency after not being the happiest with the copy I got from an online provider. I didn't expect a 4 hour turn around on marketing material. Thank you Brittany.

Brittney and the team are so awesome. Was having trouble with a shipment and they held it for 1 week until I could get back to pick it up.
