It’s a nice Auto Parts store right in the heart of Duvall. It used to be a CarQuest store, Napa bought them out and changed the name. Overall the store hasn’t changed much and the staff are still the same. Jolly ole bunch be ready for some laughs while you’re shopping or picking up some parts.

These guys were lifesavers when I had a flat. Was just after close but they opened up for me, got me a couple spare wheel nuts and made it home. Thank you guys and will always be in for chainsaw gear.

Abusive, insulting behavior and needs to be removed from any public facing role. Background information.=====================I pretty much own one of everything Stihl makes (just kidding, but it's a bunch of stuff). With regard to Duvall Auto I have purchased multiple pro chainsaws, trimmers, a pole saw, a brush cutter and even a leaf blower from these guys. I don't even know how many cases of oil, fuel, chains and other consumables I have bought. I have also used them to sharpen a bunch of chains and typically give them 4 or 5 at any time.I have always done this because they are local, have provided great service and I want to support a local business. Yes the prices are not always the best, but you want to support a local business as it helps everyone. So why so ****-ed if you see them so often?====================================This weekend I went around to go and buy some more chains. I mentioned that I had dropped a bunch of chains of previously, but had messed up and lost my ticket (they give you a ticket when you drop chains off to be sharpened). Holly ****-balls batman! The level of demented rage I was given by this crazy bearded silver-back (and I like old people) was insane. Initially I thought he was just venting a bit (annoying, but hey, everyone has a bad day now and then) but the level of insanity was above and beyond. I reached my limit when I was told that i had just p1$$ed away the price of sharpening and each chain and made a donation. It was this point in time that I reached my sense of humor failure and advised him that this was not acceptable and that I would not be spoken to by anyone like this. I paid for my chains and left the store after leaving my number with another store member and explaining that I would not be treated like this. What could they have done better?=============================Hey everyone has a bad day. I get it. A better response would have been "We can't check this now, can we call you back?" or something along those lines. Nobody has called me back at the number I left. So what now?===========Go shop elsewhere. Stihl prices are fixed. Their are many other fine Stihl dealers that do a great job. I dont know if there was recent staff turnover or what the story is but they are going to continue loosing business at this rate. I know I'm not going back.

Horrible service. Bought a Stihl trimmer and wanted to return because the spool kept jamming. Told the counter why and was then told that because I was back eight (8!!!) days later I had missed the Stihl cut-off by one day. No negotiation, no offer to help. Suggested that I post it on Craigslist! Aside from being upset about the refusal to return I was really surprised they made no offer to try and resolve the problem (hey, let's look at the spool and see if it can be fixed, or here's a new spool to try, or something). Nothing. Too bad, so sad you missed the date now go away. STIHL, if you're listening you've got a really bad representative of your products. Believe the other reviewers when they say customer service is terrible here. It's all true!!!

Employees would rather chat at the sales desk than help a customer. Waited for 10 minutes while one salesman who was busy with another customer said he would be with us shortly, but never returned. Meanwhile 2 others were at the sales desk having important non-work related conversations. It's too bad Ace doesn't carry Stihl products.

I've been in here many times, although they do have the parts I am typically looking for, in most cases the service is really terrible. The older employees are typically angry condescending and short. One never follows covid protocols - non masker. Not a place I like to go to, would rather hit Oreillys in Issaquah or Redmond.

Just awful customer service. I am zilch for 4 in asking for any help to find a part. Most lately, given my bad luck with them, I decided to call them to ask if they carried a generic tool to take a clutch plate off my Honda motorcyle. Despite an exact description of what I needed, the guy shrugged, and said "I dunno, you'll have to browse our shelf to find out if we have it".I've left many times just wondering how these guys stay in business. They certainly don't want mine.

I recently bought a battery from these guys. It's 2020, there's a global pandemic going on and masks are a requirement but none were to be found. So first of all, this place is not safe. Second, they sold me a 48 group size battery from diehard for my 2012 Volkswagen GTI. I was very specific about the compartment and who it didn't look like it would fit. The guy assured me that it would, charged my $160 plus tax, took my core and I went on my way. When I get it to my car, sure enough, it was too long. I couldn't get the cover sheeting back on. This was a disappointment. Upon returning to the store, they said that it was not returnable. I clearly needed a group size 47 and just because some people have jammed these things into a GTI without sheathing doesn't mean I'm about that life, nor should anybody be. No sales from me ever again.
