I was serviced at this location on 8/18/25 at 1:30 p.m. by a dark haired lady. I needed a label printed out from a QR code scan. I asked if she could print out the label so that I could place it on the package and secure with tape. She insisted I removed the old label before she would print it out. Acceptable request, although I was going to do that anyway. Afterwards following her instructions, she printed out the label and carelessly placed it on the package. She then dishonestly and fraudulently answered the customer satisfaction survey for me as satisfactory, when it was not. She didn't allow me to check the label or the package afterwards, and proceeded to hand me the receipt, indicating the service was finished. I was taken aback at her actions that I couldn't act or stand up for myself during the transaction. I felt taken advantage of when all I wanted to do is ask for reassurance for the proper label and security of the label. I couldn't print out the label myself as this location doesn't have the self serving kiosk to do so. I couldn't print out the label myself as the package receiver's instructions were to have the label printed at the post office from the QR code.

Poor service, bad attitudes and inability to think logically on any and all postal issues. They sum of a government entity in full.

This used to be a friendly neighborhood post office. In recent months, itās turned into a hellhole. And, they keep losing or mishandling my packages.
The third-party carrier USPS uses often refuses to deliver packages to my address ā they donāt like going down the long driveway. Instead they just leave a pink slip in the box and I come get packages from the office. Itās annoying, but I got used to just going in person whenever I was expecting something. The agent was always friendly and kind so I didnāt mind this extra step terribly. I try not to have things shipped USPS but sometimes itās the only option.
However, recently, they hired a new agent who is incredibly rude and unhelpful, and has frequently refused to even look for my packages (as well as made me jump through additional hoops anytime I need to send something). Iāve had to make multiple trips with the same tracking number to get answers. It doesnāt seem to make a difference how kind or patient I am, whether I smile, how Iām dressed ā thereās always some issue she finds that makes the process more difficult than itās ever been before.
This instance was the worst yet. l came to pick up a package yesterday but they claimed it had been ādelivered.ā I double checked with others at my address and someone confirmed sheād brought the package out to him, scanned it, then refused to give it to him ā so it was marked ādeliveredā even though she withheld it.
So I went back today to see if I could pick up my ādeliveredā package. Instead, the postmaster gaslit me, claiming I had not come in person when I was standing in the exact same spot just 24 hours ago. He also said they ācouldnāt do anythingā once the package had been marked delivered, as if there was no way to rectify their mistake. He took no responsibility for mishandling the package and instead accused me of lying about having come in for it the day before.
Itās not just this issue and itās not just me. Every time Iāve been in, Iāve watched this new employee give someone unnecessary grief over whatever theyāre mailing. Itās almost as if she enjoys making peopleās lives harder just because she can. Thatās the part that frustrates me most ā itās a clear abuse of power by this employee and the postmaster.
Iām moving away and glad to not have to deal with them anymore, but itās still shocking how coming here went from being a nice experience to something I truly dread in a matter of mere months. I hope things turn around soon, one way or another. People depend on the USPS for everything from ballots to tax forms to meaningful personal letters to medications. Itās a horrific abuse of power to allow staff to withhold mail just because they feel like it.

Absolutely atrocious service. They make fake attempts to deliver packages with the excuse nobody is home even if you're waiting at the front door for delivery. If you setup mail forwarding they won't forward the mail, or deliver it to the original address, it just gets lost in the void or returned to sender. At this we're having to reorder items and void multiple checks lost in the mail. USPS Duvall is more of a liability than a service provider.

I have videos of these folks dropping and tossing my packages. I am so sick of these idiots tossing my packages on my door step. Whenever possible I choose different delivery options because the USPS seems to have such little regard to the packages they are trusted to deliver.

2 weeks thatās come after work and try to send a package to France and all the time I canāt because one donāt know what to do or the Asian one donāt want to do it because thatās take too much time.
Be less lazy and have more consideration for customers!!!
Take care of customers who have been waiting for 20 minutes on the line and not told them to leave because other customers are waiting and the service they want takes a lot of time and they do not have any.

I live in Duvall Highland Mobile Home Park where we have numerous letter boxes. I am tired of my packages being given to another space or getting some other person's packages when the address is clearly marked. Today, my neighbor was given my packages which totaled over $120. I was just fortunate that it was my neighbor - usually when this happens the person that receives it will simply keep it. I cannot afford to lose my packages to people who have no ethics simply because it was delivered incorrectly.

Josh and Kevin at the Duvall, WA Post Office are a "breath of fresh air" with their positive and helpful attitudes. Much better customer service than their predecessors. Josh always greets you with a smile, no matter how busy he is. They are also accurate and efficient workers. Thank you ! Keep up the good work.

The tracking system for USPS is hot garbage but the staff is very friendly most of the time. Remember they don't have any control over how garbage their system is when picking up packages so don't get mad at them.

Josh, at the Duvall WA post office, is a very pleasant, friendly, and efficient worker. He always has a smile on his face and a sense of humor, no matter what is going on. My package notices are always delivered to my post office box in a timely manner, so I have no complaints there. I wish the Post Office had more employees like Josh! His customer service attitude is great!

This is the post office. It's a regular post office. It has postal employees who do postal work like delivering mail, selling stamps, and providing advice on the best way to send a package. It smells like a post office, looks like a post office, and had post office boxes.I will visit again and again b/c ya know: MAIL!
