I live in Duvall Highland Mobile Home Park where we have numerous letter boxes. I am tired of my packages being given to another space or getting some other person's packages when the address is clearly marked. Today, my neighbor was given my packages which totaled over $120. I was just fortunate that it was my neighbor - usually when this happens the person that receives it will simply keep it. I cannot afford to lose my packages to people who have no ethics simply because it was delivered incorrectly.

Josh and Kevin at the Duvall, WA Post Office are a "breath of fresh air" with their positive and helpful attitudes. Much better customer service than their predecessors. Josh always greets you with a smile, no matter how busy he is. They are also accurate and efficient workers. Thank you ! Keep up the good work.

The tracking system for USPS is hot garbage but the staff is very friendly most of the time. Remember they don't have any control over how garbage their system is when picking up packages so don't get mad at them.

Josh, at the Duvall WA post office, is a very pleasant, friendly, and efficient worker. He always has a smile on his face and a sense of humor, no matter what is going on. My package notices are always delivered to my post office box in a timely manner, so I have no complaints there. I wish the Post Office had more employees like Josh! His customer service attitude is great!

This is the post office. It's a regular post office. It has postal employees who do postal work like delivering mail, selling stamps, and providing advice on the best way to send a package. It smells like a post office, looks like a post office, and had post office boxes.I will visit again and again b/c ya know: MAIL!

Really terrible and unfriendly customer service by dark haired lady at desk...came in twice, second time was even worse. Maybe she should consider a different kind of work, I hate to see a person consistently unhappy...life is too short, lots of jobs out there!

Carrier took it upon themself to stop service to our address. Even though we haven’t moved and now all of our mail is not being delivered. Totally unacceptable and disrespectful. No explanation. Only interaction was that we didn’t have time to answer the door for them when we weren’t home. This carrier needs to be reprimanded.

I would rate the duvall po a zero if I could, staff ( a single person at the desk) is ok while you hear others in the back laughing etc, rarely more than one at the front desk when 2 are needed with lines out the door. But its a U.S. gov agency with zero incentive to excel so I guess its to be expected.

I was extremely disappointed with the way I was spoken to. I came in asking a question about a package and when asked for the tracking number, I gave the employee the tracking number. She explained to me that in fact WAS not the tracking number. I explained to her that it was (it legit said "tracking number: and then number". She kept asking for the tracking number which I then gave to her and she kept getting ruder and ruder. She rolled her eyes at me, heavy sighed, and her body language was completely annoyed with whatever number I proceeded to give her. When I showed her that it in fact said "tracking number:"...she grabbed my phone from me with a huff. I grabbed my phone back, said "don't worry about it" and she yelled at me "I'm just trying to help you" I said "no, you are being rude" and walked away. Now, I have witnessed several times the way staff have spoken to customers. I have worked in customer service for well over 20 years and if I EVER spoke to a customer the way I was spoken to, I would be asked to go home, spoken to by a supervisor or worse.

Updated review:The post office has gotten much better. They now have time set aside on Saturday mornings for parcel pickup and their wait time for sending or picking up mail has significantly reduced most days. If you get there close to 4pm, do be prepared to wait some as most everyone is getting off work around that time. While I still have the complaint that they won't deliver to my living address, they have been able to tie my home address to the mailing address, so my mail rarely is getting misplaced or lost as well as if it's misaddressed, they are still able to find my PO Box.Lastly, an employee who had been incredibly unprofessional to me a few times has not worked there in a while.Previous review:Not exaggerating. This is the worst post office I have ever had to use in a city I've lived in. The lines to pick up or send items are always 10-15 customers long and most of the employees that work the counter have poor multi tasking and time management skills. Every now and again the post master will pop out to ask if anyone has packages to pick up, which is helpful, but get ready to spend at least 45 minutes trying to run errands here.Forget next day delivery because they can take up to two days to unload their delivery trucks before you actually can get your package.I can't even get packages delivered to my address because apparently I live too close to the post office? I have friends in other nearby cities that are in the same living situation and have never had to go to the post office to pick up their mail. I also work a 9-5 position so forget picking up packages myself. I have to ask my partner to pick them up otherwise they send them back after 5 days and all because they won't deliver to my living address.I've been snapped on by two different employees a few times over the last couple years over these situations. The only good thing about this place is a young man who must be a new employee because he has been the only helpful one so far with finding "lost" or "misplaced" packages.
