Ag Supply Ace Hardware is a good place to shop where everyone is always very helpful. The store is neat, clean, well stocked, and organized, carrying pretty much anything you need from canning supplies and kitchen gadgets to metric hardware and barbecue accessories. Customers can always find what they need, often with assistance from the staff. The employees are consistently described as friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and playful, providing positive experiences. Their service is noted as better than at big box stores, with helpful staff ready to assist so customers are on their way in no time.
The selection here is nice but what sets them over the top is their customer service. I had 3 employees offer to help me with questions I had and all three of them were upbeat and knowledgeable. I left with such a pleasant experience.

The East Wenatchee staff are always friendly and ready to assist. It is a favorite stop for my dog too as the staff always have pets and dog treats for him.

Friendly knowledgeable staff even loaded my car with the items I purchased & the cashier loved our dog
