We just bought a 2024 Honda Pilot Elite. We ordered it with the options we wanted. Eli was our sales associate. He was up beat, friendly and very very patient with us. This is the first new vehicle I have purchased. I had many questions on the new technology this vehicle comes with. Eli went through some things several time with me. He was so sweet and understood I have always driven older vehicles. Eli stayed in touch with us after we ordered the Pilot. It was so easy to purchase from Apple Valley Honda. Thanks so much!!!

We live up north and while visiting Wenatchee, our older Civic “seemed” to make more engine noise than usual, so we scheduled an appointment with Apple Valley Honda. I must say the experience was better than I expected. The service people were very easy to work with. The waiting room was well furnished with a variety of coffees and snacks and comfortable seating. When the inspection was complete, I was pleased with the work and honesty of the staff. You might not hear these words after your visit; but, I did: “No charge sir, ‘can’t fix what ain’t broke!’ Have a good day.”

We purchased a vehicle and worked with Sandy J, all I can say is the entire process start to finish was fantastic! Sandy was so attentive but not pushy. She listened to what our concerns were and helped us every step of the way. I recommend both Sandy and Apple Valley Honda to anyone looking to get a new or used car.

Easiest car buying experience ever! Hunter made the selection process pleasant and simple. He is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot and answered every question I posed, even those about modifying stock parts! He worked with me to find the perfect car for my budget. If you are looking for a car, I highly recommend Hunter. On the financing side of the deal, my wait to sign papers was by far the shortest I’ve ever experienced. Dylan was prepared when I walked in and my time in his office was less than 15 minutes. It is the employees like Hunter and Dylan that make shopping at Apple Valley Honda a great experience.

Apple Valley Honda is by far the most considerate and honorable dealership I've found in the Valley as I have been shopping for a new car! I honestly felt as though the staff was proactively lookingnto make sure I was being wise with my money! How many times can you say a car dealership ENCOURAGES you to pay with cash? This is one of the best businesses I have ever used, especially our salesperson Sandy, who hit it off great with my parents and me!Thanks again!

Eli at Apple Valley Honda was great! He encouraged me to explore all vehicle options and was prompt when vehicle arrived that I thought I had wanted. Ended up geting the first car I had drove, but it was nice to rule everything out first. Appreciate his patience and low pressure approach.

The guys at Honda service center are so so helpful! They go above and beyond for me, as I have had issues with technology at times and they fix me right up. But when I needed an oil change and filters they were fast efficient and I was on my way with double punch Wednesday!! I will always go to East Wenatchee Honda for maintenance.

We live in Issaquah and Alisa was great at sending pictures and answering our questions via text messages so we knew exactly what we wanted to look at when we drove over. Alisa and the team were good at going through all our options and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Great experience!

I would like to talk about my negative experience with Apple Valley Honda, a Wenatchee. On August 25, I saw a truck that I liked. I had a trade-in. After they took my keys and I sat down at the desk, I didn't think we were going to be able to come to a deal so I asked to leave. They had kept my keys and refused to give them back (this is a tactic they use to keep you there). After we came to an agreement, I signed the necessary papers. Part of the deal was they would take the newer tires and wheels off of my trade-in and put them on the truck that I purchased. They told me they could do that possibly within the next week, but not immediately, as they were busy. The next day I got a call, saying I need to bring the tires and wheels in as soon as possible because they had a buyer for my truck. I told him I was working out of town and couldn't come right away and they became frustrated that they weren't getting the tires and wheels so they could sell the truck. I bent over backwards and made arrangements for a friend of mine to take the Lugnuts to the dealership and told them where they could pick up the tires and wheels at the location I had dropped them. I went in the following Wednesday to drop my truck off and was told, sadly, the finance man I was working with had passed away. I offered my condolences and told them no hurry on the tires and wheels, just get up with me as soon as I could. I was then contacted by finance manager, Dylan Lamont Dylan said after reviewing the paperwork, he realized that I owed an extra $1700 out of my own pocket. I told him I would not do that the deal had already been made. He then made the excuse. He would have to go talk to his manager, but he could "probably" get Apple Valley Honda to eat it. He then called me immediately and said they were able to eat that, but he needed copies of my pay stubs as well as me to come in and sign the papers as soon as possible. I told him I would do that as I was working out of town, as soon as I could. I was set to sign the papers at 4 PM on Saturday. I have a second job on the weekends and called him and told him I couldn't make it at four. Dylan began to blow up my phone, telling me I needed to come in as soon as possible, and was on the verge of bullying me. A few minutes later, I got a call from the manager, Todd McLaughlin. McLaughlin said he had read the text and I told him how angry I was that Dylan was attempting to bully me. Dylan told me if I didn't come in and sign the papers as soon as possible, they would rescind the deal. I reminded them they couldn't rescind the deal, as per the "bushing law" they had 72 hours to contact me and they failed to do it within that 72 hours. I don't think they liked that answer. Tod began to scream at me on the phone, so I hung up. this went back-and-forth for a couple of days until finally, the paperwork was complete and ready to be signed. I told Adam Prater, who stepped in and was my bff for 5 minutes, because of my past experience, I would sign the papers as soon as the tires and wheels were put on. Now I'm told that they refuse to put the tires and wheels on my truck until I sign the papers. I know that's what they want but I'm just about tired of them. Their sales tactic and bullying is no better than that of Mega used cars. This is simply my experience, and you may not have the same. Don't come at me because this is how it happened to me. I'm just telling you "buyer beware." I'm not a doctor, but I'm pretty sure McLaughlin needs medication. He flew off the handle in two seconds. Not great customer service. Be smart. If this business thinks that you're stupid, they will do everything they can to take advantage of you. Know your rights. At the end of the day, I guess they win, they got the truck back and they will be able to sell it for what they wanted to sell it for orininally. I don't want to do business with bipolar "businessmen" that want to be your best friend one minute and then ta

I have purchased 4 Honda cars over 13 years in Washington state. First two were bought in South Tacoma Honda and was not pleased with service and sales process. I do have my google review for their business too. Apple Valley Honda definitely much better. Since we have a good relationships with American Honda Finance they gave us pretty good terms on loan. Special kudos to Ramon and Dylan!!! You guys are awesome! Keep it up Apple Valley!Thank you

Apple Valley Honda knew that we were stranded in Wenatchee. Yet, they treated me with compassion. My requirement was that I needed a reliable vehicle that would get us home before we ran out of our prescriptions. A fair price was agreed on and I drove 1100 miles in three days without any problems. Thank you Cristian and Shawn,Very satisfied owner

First time here. I purchased my Honda Ridgeline in Walla Walla Washington, but then a couple years ago moved to the Omak area so Apple Valley Honda was closer. When my maintenance light came on, I came here and was very pleased at how friendly and helpful they were. I will definitely return.

Wonderful experience! Over the weekend, my husband took me to buy a car at apple valley honda. Amazing service! Alisa was so great! She helped me find a car that I absolutely love, and took her time helping us with all our questions and concerns. This was the first dealership I've ever been to where I didn't feel like we were being rushed or pushed into something. Thank you Alisa for your time! Love my new honda fit!!!
